@@benkrapf I wouldn't even be bother to do the swap. GT4 RS is what I believe non-existent lol. A couple of my friends who have put deposit down for the GT4 RS 2 years ago just got an email saying they won't get theirs and they will be refunding their deposits. I went with a Cayman GTS 4.0 order, and hopefully to see delivery summer next year. As much as I want a "RS", I have to be honestly with myself - how often am I going to take it to a track and push that hard.

The 992 GT3 RS is faster around the Nordschleife than the 991 GT2 RS and is infinitely more exciting even if it were slower. I know I'm comparing across generations here but I'm comparing a 700 hp car to a 525 hp car that is still faster so I guess that can be disregarded.

It reminds me of back in the day of the fire breathing sport bikes. I used to ride a ninja zx-10 back in 2004. I bought it new in 2004 and it was a monster. My friends had Honda cbr liter bikes which were much easier to ride, handle, and gave you confidence. I wanted the lightest bike with the most horsepower that could handle a curve like no other. A 720S looks and “sounds” great on paper but in reality a 992S turbo in the hands of most drivers will take the 720S to school

no one thought you could get 500hp out of a road legal na 4 litre 6 cylinder engine, and so after that it looked like there was no where else to go, then they change the game once again with 800kg downforce. consistently astonishing.

The ceramic brakes don't make you stop any faster, they just dissipate heat better. Braking distance is entirely based on tires for any car with brakes strong enough to wheel lock.
