Your card is beautiful. Got to give Woody a little love here - woodpeckers aren't as damaging as people think. They hammer out bugs from diseased and rotting trees and that helps you discover what is going on inside a long growing tree that you probably didn't notice was sick. They show you which trees are needing to be harvested by their constant eating and digging into the softer wood due to the rot and bug damage. Besides where would they work out their noisy frustration with humans if not by that noise? LOL

I love this whole series of postal stamps and stencils! Waffle Flower really picked a winner. The pair of cardinals are so sweet Ha Ha yes, birds have feet. They have different names for the toes depending on which direction they point and their function ie grabbing/perching/walking/swimming.
