Hi, I'm trying to implement the envelope system but I'm a little confused, I wanted to ask how do you separate the categories? Like the different binders

Hello Miyuki, I separate my categories based on priority. My setup consists of my 3 binders. The first binder is for my High Priority sinking funds. These could be annual expenses (i.e. subscriptions, taxes, yearly insurance) or things that are really important to me. The second binder is for my Low Priority sinking funds. To me, these are categories that are not urgent and are considered my "wants". The third is my Holiday binder which is for all the different holidays my family and I like to celebrate. You can really get creative with your binder set up! For example, you can have a binder solely for your bills, vacation, a new home - anything you want! I hope this helps! 🥰
