The thing everyone has to ask is you know why are all these protests happening and exploding across the country like what's going on? Obviously something's going on and the other bigger question is why do the authorities feel the need to smother this protest movement with violent police response. There's something about these protests that really scares the authorities even though these are peaceful protests. What is it that scares them so much? that is what you should explore and don't just listen to these news organizations although I have to say this was one of the more nuance and balance reporting that I've seen so far from mainstream news. Supposed to be the so-called free America where we criticize other people for violently cracking down on peaceful protest and here we are doing it in America. we are such hypocrites! Especially so-called freedom loving Republicans it's obviously that with a lot of Republicans it's not about true freedom it's just about freedom for people that they agree with and oppression for everyone else.

1) I'm pretty sure 75% of those students don't really understand why/what they are protesting. They think they are at Kent State in 1970. 2) It looks like at most schools all of the tents are exactly they same. It could be that because nobody uses tents anymore, everyone ran to Walmart and bought a tent or asked each other which tent to order off of Amazon, or it could mean that the tents were ordered in bulk and handed out to them.

A large majority of these students will enter a highly classified workforce. Some in government positions, some in private legal situations but most in businesses that require an extensive federal background check. During their protests where some have lead to arrest Im wondering if they realize that that arrest and the circumstances involved could possibly result in not passing those extensive background checks high value employment requires. Ive worked jobs where a federal background check that shows any arrest would have eliminated my employment. Hopefully these young students realize the chance they are taking when dealing with potentially over zealous law enforcement.
