There is no manufacturing date mention on any PS4 Box but there is a Date Stamp on the side of Box which PS4 Slim I'm Unboxing

Bhai jis PS4 ka Software version 9.00 yan usse kum hai wahi PS4 Jailbreak ho sakta hai. 9.00 ke upar wale PS4 Jailbreak nahi ho sakte aur agar karne ki try karoge toh PS4 kharab ho sakta hai

Bhai yeh Brand New PS4 Slim hai, used PS4 nahi hai aur ye Console bahar se Import hua hai. Sony India ne isko officially Import nahi kiya isliye iski India mein warranty nahi hai

No, you can't buy New Standard PS4 model (Fat PS4) from anywhere Because Sony Discontinued Standard PS4 in 2016. You can purchase only Pre-owned Standard PS4 model (used PS4) but I will advise you don't buy Standard PS4 because if you purchase Standard PS4 you will get heating issues in that model. Buy PS4 slim
