Well, we are on aboput Justice I used the tamper date glitch on fifa once and only once and they banned me from EVERY EA GAME this was on fifa 15 . This is why I'm not going beyond the PS3 by choice, working getting a physical version of every game I have digitally. If someone at Sony decides I'm worth the Hakoom treatment, I can just shrug and keep gaming on. On PC, I've only purchased from GOG for years. Also removed any payment info from my Sony Account.

I've worked on support for them for a brief time - all I gotta say is with that kind of system to manage accounts the agents have more freedom than they want to tell you - they could even press a button and randomly ban your account so for them to say "we cannot give you that information" is complete bs.

I'm so glad Hakoom released this video! After watching this video, I am no longer buying anything digital. I have 10 PS3, 2 PS Vita, 6 PS4, and 5 PS5, and a 6th PS5 is on the way in mail at the time of this writing. My account is on all of them (except for the one being shipped to me). I also log in from different countries. I have 10s of thousands of dollars worth of digital content. Now I'm terrified that I will get banned myself for being the ultimate Sony fanboy. I too stopped doing trophies after Sony decided to change the trophy system. I've dealt with Sony customer service before too and got burned but I don't want to make a youtube video out of it. I just don't want to put myself out there like that. I recently got banned from Instagram for reasons unknown, and I really don't care to make any type of appeal. I realized after watching ppl like Hakoom getting banned, that all consumers may lose all digital content becuz the company might ban u for something stupid. If President Trump could get banned from Twitter, and nobody cared. Other than Elon Musk. I doubt any of us is safe. I am only going physical here on out and spread digital content (dlc) across my friends and family members so if I get banned along with my 10 other accounts, I can still rely on other ppl to help me out. I hate Sony, but I will keep playing PS5 for the moment. To be fair, I also got banned by MS for asking someone why they killed themselves on the hook (dead by daylight). If I ever get cancelled, at least I can play my disk games on guest account on a new console. Never again. Thank u very much for this video.

I was playing on playstation and a bug happened to me and it made my games locked 🔒 and I have to buy the game ....I texted them for one week but there's no help so I told my best friend that I'm switching to Xbox and pc and came with me after I showed him when they said...we can't find the issue with your account but ngl pc with mods and all of its so much better and fun honestly... I got no regrets when I switched

Former Playstation Support agent here: He did not want to steal your credit card, we had such scammers before. He wanted your Credit Card information because to verify account verification (when player calls PS Support) we usually had to validate by them giving us their credit card number. He wanted to scam call a PS agent, and give those information to reset the account's email to one of his. If you want more info please reply back and i'll give you more info, I fucking hated working there lmao
