I got it last week and it's great, The good thing is the storage and the size the design is up to you if you like it or not but somethings I dont like is the lack of a vertical stand in which you can use it without it but its unstable, Also the horizontal stand is not that good is not like solid it moves a little bit, I got the spider man 2 bundle which comes with the game for free I got it for 500$ in the U.S, The disc thing you need to connect it to wifi only one time, I did it the first time i turned it on, So is not that bad but if you have friends who have disc games i will recommend the disc version from the beginning because if you get the digital one and then you get the disc it will cost you more.

PAL: PAL signals use a positive sync signal with a frame rate of 50 Hz. This difference means the video hardware (like a TV or VCR) must be designed to interpret the signal timing differently. The only difference between an NTSC and PAL disc is the region data, the DVDs/bluerays themselves are the same. The reason why region locking existed in the first place was to prevent you from plugging say an NTSC device into a PAL CRT and potentially damaging it by transmitting a weird signal. Nowadays TVs can handle both and devices aren't region locked, ones that are region locked is usually to prevent you from buying a cheap import copy from another country.

Sony did this on purpose to bring the price high and nobody want a glossy ps5 slim is easy to scratch it . @ratchet2007 Ok, let me explain. It's bigger, that's correct. It's not slower; they literally have the same specs inside, it has better airflow since it has a bigger fan with 23 blades while the slim only has 19 blades. (Depends which fan you get for the Ps5 Og) Less storage is correct but for the Slim, you get a cheap stand and like I said, it isn't any slower when it has the same specs. Also, the Slim doesn't have vent grills. Vent grills are important since it protects dust from getting inside the console.

@ratchet2007 They won't interrupt the airflow, that doesn't have to do anything about overheating. If your ps5 Og is overheating, you're a dirty slob who doesn't clean it or it probably is faulty. About the vent grills being remove, it has drawbacks too.. For example: Dust and debris, physical damage, pest intrusion and etc.. Now, like you said; just take care of the console. That's literally the same thing about what you just said, the Og Ps5 overheating because of vent grills? That won't even happened if you take care of your console, or the console could be faulty. Also wanna know why people are buying dust cover net for the Ps5? Yeah, because they don't want their console to build up dust. They also clean their Ps5 because they don't want it to catch dusts.

I had the same issue setting up my PS5 slim. Was afraid it was locked and I did want to power cycle it, however there was no other option. After the power cycle when it came on I got the same disk registering that you appeared to have but mine had the built in disk, I did not add it. Weird

It is indeed a bit louder. Other people doesn't have proof but I have, check "Mystic's" video, he showed that the slim is louder. Don't believe the people commenting, it is quieter than the Og. It's louder due to it's size, the Og/Phat have a bigger fan, heatsink and airflow thus circulating air more better. Bigger fan is always better since it doesn't need to work harder, it makes less noise unlike a smaller fan that needs to work harder thus providing more noise.

I have an Xbox x and a gaming pc. I would love a ps5 but I hate the look of it. It looks like it has warped in the box. 😂🤣😂🤣 The cost of the optical drive is shocking. Plus, I have both consoles, you can really see the Og preventing the dust while the Slim just went straight ahead inside the system. I bought it. The ps5 slim box, is 4cm smaller than the naked PS5 fat. Crazy. Worth every penny
