New PTFE Prusa MMU Adjustment Coupler to Load Filament

Here I show a design I made that helps load filament into the MMU. The Adjustment Coupler is a new part on Printables.com under Plaidbear. It has a riser that holds the filament in the perfect position to maintain the 'S' curve filament path into the back of the MMU. The curve prevents load errors because the filament is pressed against the walls of the tube and cant slip backwards. I also show two new PTFE coupler bars I designed to control the PTFE tube spacing in midair. All tubing is 3mm inner diameter throughout the entire run (including the small tubes inside the MMU which I replaced and the one to the extruder). The distance from the back of the lower printer frame to the spool centers is 10 inches for reference. See the other videos in this channel for all the mods I made and used.

thats cool but all your spools that use the mmu are exposed to humidity and dust is there any plane to fix that ?

I control the humidity in the room with a large floor dehumidifier. The room is around a 35-40% humidity. For the dust I vacuum frequently and have a hepa air cleaner for the room. When not in use I keep the spools in bags with a dessicant. If a spool seems 'wet' I can dry it with a spooldryer I have Eibos single spool dryer along with Eibos vaccumbags as well for storage. For flexible filament I have polymaker dry boxes I use, but only use them for flexibles.
