I searched for THIS specific Vlog. I’m in a tough space right now. I had a plan and as always, my plan never falls through. I usually watch your videos for inspiration, to laugh, to feel like I’m talking to my sister, or even when I’m bored. The next time you’re cramping, take some turmeric powder (a tablespoon or two) and mix it in a glass of milk. It can be cows milk, almond milk, whatever.. the cramps will stop almost instantly.

Here’s a tip for cramps: When I have mine, the very first day of my cycle I take a hot bath and then I use my heating pad on and off throughout the day. Also, while I’m on my cycle I drink tea because it calms my cramps and reduces the pain throughout my cycle. You can also try exercising! It may sound crazy but it reduces the pain as well.

Another diet you can maybe try is the mater cleanse aka lemonade diet and once youre done with that start ketosis. thats what one of my friends did and she lost a good amount of weight.

For your cramps 2 things you can try that really WORKS!!! I currently use them and I have heavy period flow and CRAZY cramps with throwing up and all..but I these 2 things works wonders!! & there’s video on KZbin about it helping with period cramps. Raspberry tea leaf capsules or the tea bags itself but has to be organic (the capsule one is a vegetarian one with the brand Natures way..can be found at vitamin shoppe) 2nd one is organic blackstrap molasses unsulphured. Since both of these natural remedies works so well, they work for the long term & not only short term so you have to start taking them 2-3 weeks prior to your period so you can see the effectiveness. You can continue taking them while on your period and it’ll work but better to start earlier. You don’t have to take both at the same time..it’s up to you to try them & see which one works best for you...but trust me both of them works so good!! They both works for other things as well such as the molasses increases low iron level & calcium in women etc..& the raspberry leaf is overall good for the women reproductive system and good for inducing labor for pregnant women. Try them and I’m sure it’ll work for you!

As a dog owner you have to make time for him cus he’s like a kid and kids needs a lot of attention and you said that your going to move and he’ll have his own room well he’ll still need to get the run of the house!!! You just have to take time to teach him what he can and can’t do in the house that’s all..... If you teach him then you want have to trip off him getting in stuff....!!!😄 Are messing up ur house just saying cus We have two and one is a pit sooo hell you know how that go just make sure your consistent with him and don’t let his cuteness get you ok????😃😃😃😃😃GOD BLESS YOU!!!!!!!!!!
