Driving gloves and the buttons is genius. I totally wouldn’t have thought of that. Most people expect touch-screen features. It’s cool! It looks like a true track enthusiast helped build or advise how to set it up.

Interesting. I have their bluetooth 818xt gps receiver mounted behind my mirror on my car. It has worked much better than just the phone using the Trackaddict app (I think it operates at 10hz). Glad to see them entering the marketplace to compete with the Garmin stuff.

No option for OBDII or direct connection for data from the car? Interesting product, we need more competition in the market. I don't think it makes sense for these companies to be charging so much for lap timers that don't take data from the car. For just a timer/GPS like this is I think it should be in the $299 range, $599 seems excessive. and I'd rather spend a little bit more or buy a used aim2 solo DL at that price.

I did ask and I'm told OBDII may be coming in the future, but I don't have any other info at this time.
