Unfortunately the only option available is to either add the sketch hand or not. Not a lot of room to tweak

Noted. It looks like there's a few people who've reported the App to Canva, I tried looking at it now and it looks like it's down. I'm positive Canva will share an alternative soon as this is a very popular app 'Forbidden (403)'
