Because Canva doesn't have Lip Sync, the only work around I found was to adjust the timing of the video while watching what the character is saying. I mentioned this on the video at 10:23 Adjust video speed

Apologies, you can search for SpeedPaint on Apps and once you've added the image and selected your settings, the animation is automatic.

It's not available to all of us including Spain. We got a response from Canva, they've paused the app at the moment till further notice

Not sure why it's not working maybe it's your region. You could always log a call with Canva Support and ask them the reason because I've tried this on my free account even today it works for me.
