Once you've scanned the QR code using your phone, it will then redirect you to our website providing you with Safety Guidelines and Care Instructions about our Micro-Infusion System. 🥰 You can use our Micro-Infusion System every two weeks for optimal results, and I recommend performing the treatment before bedtime. Additionally, it's advisable to avoid sun exposure and makeup for 24 hours post-treatment for the best outcome. 😊

That's how effective the treatment is! You just need to make sure that you clean your face before you use the mask. 2. Kindly coordinate this with your dermatologist please. 3. Hello 👋 when stamping, try to ensure the serum is at the end of the device where the needles are. Sometimes this requires you to slightly tilt your head back or device towards the ceiling to help the serum make its way through the needles. Another tip is to pop the lid back on the device and put it upside down again, tap the end of the device to help push the serum down the needles! Hi Lori 👋 you may do 1-2 passes over the skin, and focus on any areas you're concerned with. When performing the treatment at times you may need to lean slightly back so the serum sits at the head of the device (allowing for the serum to penetrate through the needles and into your skin). We recommend applying the left over serum to your skin so it can soak up all the nourishing ingredients overnight! You may also just apply the rubber stopper to the serum vial and use what remains for your next treatment 🤍

The day after treatment, wash your face with a gentle cleanser and apply a nourishing moisturizer. Don’t use topical retinoids before treatment (at least for a day).Don’t use comedogenic serums or oils during or after treatment at home. Avoid using active skincare products until after day 3 of treatment.

Please try the following steps to help the serum dispensing: Allow the bottle to stay upside down for at least 5 minutes to aid serum flow. Tilt your head back or the device towards the ceiling to assist serum flow during stamping. Pop the lid back on and tap the end of the device gently. If applicable, slightly untighten the disposable needle head from the Micro-Infusion device as it might be preventing proper dispensing when overly sealed. We're sorry to hear about your reaction! The serum is free from parabens, fragrance and alcohol so they are safe for most skin types. Typically, when there is a skin reaction from it, it would show right away and particularly in the areas that it was applied to. Is there anything that you may be allergic to that you’re not aware of? If you have sensitive skin, it is recommended to do a patch test first. In addition, avoid stamping on an active acne as it can spread the bacteria and cause skin irritation. Hi Dominique, Once you’ve finished stamping your way to brighter and plumper skin, follow the below cleaning instructions: Twist off the needle head with the cap attached and safely dispose. Wash the chamber out with water and gentle cleanser. Let the device air dry completely, on a clean surface, before packing away. Open a brand new needle head packet and attach the needle head onto the device. Ensure hands are clean and don’t open the cap of the needle head.
