The only issue I have with his animation is how his gun shoots, it reminds me of a pre alpha bullet animation. Like there should be a little more going on visually for an energy staff maybe, idk I'll wait to see it in game.

I think his Zenyatta like animation but being more bulky and violent is really cool, we saw he was a monk like Zen was. So showing that he has similar technique which he learned. But has chosen to throw out a weak mindset of hope for peace and replaced them with extremism, anger and callousness. He abuses and implements what monks taught him but for his own ideological gain, that is in direct contrast to their own.

Insinuating they used a similar animation out of laziness is just plain wrong, budget is clearly not a problem for blizzard so they have the resources to be very intentional about the quality of their games
