Fun fact: When you use your ultimate as Wrecking Ball's 8-ball skin, it makes the sound of pool balls colliding with each other! I'm a huge sucker for ultimate line variations so I loved this little detail.

I've gone on record before saying there is only one skin in Overwatch I would pay for at this point in time. I have all the skins for all my mains I could ask for, but Brick Bastion evaded me and I still regret it. I at least have Sandcastle to ease my pain, but Brick Bastion is a skin I need them to re-release. I will pay 20 bucks for it, it's that good.

If you're at an old game store, and you find old copies of overwatch 1, just pop them open and check if they have any codes in them. I got noir widowmaker by offering the guy $5 for that piece of paper. I only played overwatch 2 (besides a few games when it was free on Nintendo switch a while back) but the code was still valid and I now own the skin!

hi! marammat actually had a rerun, during one of the anniversary remixes (i don't remember which one though), if i remember correctly! i specifically know / remember this bc i got the skin on pc back when it was originally released, and then later switched to console where i made a new account. during the remix events i was playing on console, and i remember being super excited to be able to get marammat again on my new acc since it was one of my favourite sym skins at the time :)

the fact so many skins came back with a price tag, on top of those skins coming from old updates, those old updates being anniversary updates, of remixes, of volumes, literally recycling garbage over and over and over it’s so depressing. almost incredible blizzard was able to create such a magical game and tear it down slowly and painfully into what it is today.

Im still upset about oni genji and officer dva losing their event rarity because console only players were upset about not being able to get it so they moved the skins into the loot box pool. (I was also console only for OW and was able to obtain them through my shitty dell laptop). I bet if they never would've done it you would actually see the skins being used. End of the day im holding a grudge over some damn pixels but dammit let me be slightly cool with some rare skins

I really wish this was a more "here are the rarest skins." video instead of "here are the rarest skins and OH THIS SKIN SUCKS and next we have this hero's best skin Frosty Roadhog returned in the Winter Wonderland 2023, which was the 2nd OW2 Winter Wonderland event. The Tracer flag emotes were one of the unfulfilled promises of OW2 that were gonna be universal emotes. You can see JQ with those emotes in the OW2 twitter thread.

the brig skin is the starcraft medic. The starcraft reference skins have got to be my favorite (simply because I love the aesthetic). I think soldier would be the best for a marine skin, but they are technically rein sized so it'll never happen ): The one weekly skin I'm most sad about missing was deadlock ashe, and there's no way I'm forking over shop prices for it

Spark plug Brigitte was a legendary skin only obtained by completing challenges during the underworld event in season 6 the event was only like 3 weeks after that the skin was gone and has not returned since making it another really rare Brigitte skin so if you have it your pretty lucky

I was completely oblivious that the Winter Mercy skin is rare at all. I thought it's just the part of all the winter skins that you can get for 750 credits. Good to have at least one rare skin ;)

There is some small details I saw you didn’t say, but it be like that. Tracer’s Comic Book melee makes a classic sound from like “POW” “BAM”, and etc. Brigitte’s Medic Skin is a StarCraft 2 themed skin. Nano Cola Dva was the first limited time event released in Overwatch. Sandstorm Cassidy Skin was also released right as the gunslinger’s NEW name being Cole Cassidy for his original name was removed from the voice actor Matthew Mercer for being in a sexual assault and gender discrimination lawsuit. Pachimari Roadhog was also a skin that was rare in Overwatch 1, but came back in Overwatch 2. In Overwatch 1 when you get Roadhog’s Pachimari skin, you ALSO get a rare Junkrat emote, and weirdly enough with that emote, it’s a “common” emote as in it’s a white texted emote if you got it. Another Junkrat emote (but not as rare and more of a secret) is his “Sipping” emote of a slushie where he sips in sync of the classic Overwatch song. Symmetra had a skin called Marammat with had NO return of it (I saw the comment of “sulioxz” while I was typing this list). Funny mention: When Pink mercy came back, the account selling market for that precise skin were furious for how much they were sold for because people actually bought thousands of dollars for accounts with that skins and no one got a refund. When you mentioned Tracer’s rare banner emotes, they were also 4 sprays of main characters in WoW, and Torbjorn having 2 voice lines. One being “For the Alliance!” and another being “For the Horde!”. Another Wrecking Ball skin which hasn’t came back is the “Paper Cutting” and “High Roller” A cool reference that was included with “High Roller” was the “Dramatic” highlight intro that was from a squirrel with wide open eyes, I hope someone knows that. 😎 Don’t ask how much my account is worth, you won’t believe it. Lmao

I do NOT own: dusk reaper, medic brig, alien zarya, snow angel mercy, noir widow, pink mercy, starcraft rein, drowned sig, blizzcon bastion and blizzcon winton (I do own genji and sym tho bc I felt like I had to buy that online ticket as a big WOW fan and many years later I'm not disappointed).
