A loaf pan
INGREDIENTS
7 oz. dark chocolate (or milk chocolate if desired (200 g))
1 cup raw tahini
3 tbsp. date syrup
7 oz. toasted unsalted pecans (walnuts, almonds, etc. (200 g))
2 tbsp. oil
INSTRUCTIONS
1) Place the chocolate in your microwave and melt it in short bursts. Stir it well with each burst of heat.
2) Stir the chocolate until its texture becomes smooth. Then, mix in the oil, raw tahini, and date syrup. The chocolate should start thickening.
3) Add the nuts of your choice and mix with the chocolate well.
4) Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and pour the melted chocolate mix on top. Smooth out the top with a spoon or butter knife.
5) Put your chocolate in the freezer for two hours and let it rest.
6) Take it out of the freezer and use a sharp knife to slice the bar.
7) Keep the sliced bar in the freezer until you wish to serve it.ENJOY!
