New Regular Freight Flow from Lowestoft - 66745 6H52 27/07/2023

The first of a new regular ballast flow from Lowestoft docks to Whitemoor of imported ballast from Norway. Why we are importing ballast from Norway is a mystery - any explanation?
6H52 hauled by 66745 is seen over the iconic Reedham Swing Bridge.

Network Rail are short of ballast. The stuff from Norway is dredged Sea ballast
