Folks gotta stop paying secondary market prices. They’re barely worth it for the price the company sets them at originally. I stick to flagship Update. I found a Walmart restock on Hangers - $12.97/ea and they give u a good smattering of blue + purple foilboards, royal blues, numbered golds & love how there’s 3 tiers to the yellow inserts (yellow/foil/crackle /50)

Rough box, especially at the price point. Fanatics/Topps is just pricing collectors out at this point. The jordan wicks is nice though. He was cubs 1st round pick a couple years ago and was a top 100 prospect. Had an inconsistent rookie season though

I would feel like I got kicked in the nuts after that. They are out of control with these prices, even if you hit some great card you would have to sell it to even break even so what is really the point anymore? Its not even collecting its straight up gambling now.

Makes me feel I should have got just a couple hobby boxes instead. I spent almost $500 on the regular 2024 Topps chrome jumbo and all 3 autographs were garbage. I did get a nice Shohei Ohtani /150 Blue Refractor, but that was my only decent hit

Seen a couple rips of Jumbos and not a single one has been worth it. I know the ceiling can be pretty high but no way Id buy this even if I could afford it

Brutal box! I’m sure they’ll be some banger boxes for you, but for someone who can only afford 1 or 2 of these I’d be upset with that result. I’m staying away from this product. Also saw a few videos with some real QC problems as well. Best of luck!

Watched another "bloodbath" Jumbo, they were not happy campers. Stryker ripped a very good Hobby. I would rather spend 500 bucks on scratchoffs

So far all jumbo boxes I have seen open have been dismissal compared to the Stadium Club box I opened. And it only cost $150. My autos were definitely better. Jabs, did you hear about the billboard put up near Pirates stadium? It's calling for the sale of the team to anyone willing to build a winning team.

There were 651 players that logged at least 1 AB, and 855 pitchers that appeared in games, which makes 1,506 players. So I think you’re underestimating the size of the player pool by a lot. Note that those are actually both lows since 2020!

I'm expected to pay $500 for that !!! I understand that every box can't be good but Topps should, at the very least, put something of some value in every box. For an extra $20 I can buy 4 boxes of Leaf "Trinity" or "Electrum" and get 16 or 20 autos !!! And for those who say the cards are unlicensed: I don't see unlicensed "Wemby" cards any less valuable !

Only drawback to Chrome Update is sticker autos. For the MLB Debut Patch cards - wish they’d have the rookies wear patches for their 1st week in the Bigs that way they can do Patch cards /10 then do a gold patch on their first ever game for a 1/1. But even w/250 patch cards, with them being 1/1, it’s not a realistic chase card even if you’re breaking a case. Brilliant idea though, just another example of how Topps products are so much better than Panini…

They only sold out because they want to control the market. Shops are paying people to buy them up then the shops are buying them from the people and controlling the market. It will ruin the hobby. I talked to topps and fanatics about it and they said there's nothing they can do about it.

Uhhhhhh Topps…… what are we doing here with sticker autos? They were so proud of everything being on card for the Chrome release, now they sneak stickers into a product that costs more and has less cards? Oh yea - Chrome had 13 cards per jumbo pack, this is just embarrassing to be honest. When I saw “mega boxes” for $50 that in reality are 28 card blaster boxes, knew this could be a rough release

All of the box openings of this product across You Tube have all said the same thing. Horrible spacing, rough cut edges, no name autos and very few good numbered cards. Not a great product. Priced $400 too much.
