Hi Bob, built this in 1/72 scale,when my boys were boys ,always wanted it in 1/35 scale, very nice looking kit mate, best intructions ive seen in a long time , looking forward to the build 👍👍👍👍have a good one mate

Hi Bob, Thanks for the great review. I really like this kit. I am pretty sure that is a winch you are looking at. The IBG Bedford QLB Bofors Gun Tractor I am currently building has a very similar setup. I was thinking, like you. it was used for maneuvering the artillery into position. The Tamiya kit is a Ford, the Peerless/Max kit is a Chevrolet, and this is a Morris. So I'm not too sure if the Tamiya Quad has been superceded yet. I wonder if Gecko is putting out a 25pdr for it. That would be great because it's been ages since I've seen the Dragon kit around.

Thanks Tony, I think you are right. It would be logical. Having said that Dragon have a 25pdr & limber kit out there (kit number 6774) which is really nice 🤔😳 cheers 👍
