I'm so excited about The Oleander Sword! I've ordered a physical copy as well, so no clue if I'll get it in time to read by the end of August, but I want to so much. And I think Binti is a good place to start with Nnedi Okorafor. I also really loved Remote Control, but you have to like super slow books for that one to work.

I just read Hunt the Stars last month! I really liked it. I'm going to be reading the sequel this month. And I am also planning on reading A River Enchanted. :) And I loved August Kitko when I read it in July! It is a different feel from A Big Ship at the Edge of the Universe.

I am REALLY wanting to get to the Oleander Sword this month too! I really liked book 1 and am very curious to see where it goes now! Furysong is on my August TBR too! lol Literally trying to read a lot of sequels this month

I just snagged the Illumicrate edition of Oleander Sword and I’m so excited! Hope you have fun at Dragon Con. I’ve always wanted to go to an event like that.
