Air lifter + any rescue-ace monster(except preventer) can end on dweller 3 set cards and hydrant. Normal lifter add emergency, use emergency to summon hydrant tributing the rescue-ace in hand, hydrant add turbulance, turb summon set 4 (1 must be alert) alert for preventer, preventer summon, now link summon puzzlomino using turb and preventer, preventer summon a monster from the banish pile to puzzlomino's zone, puzzlomino eff change it to lvl 4, now use that card and lifter make abyss dweller.

I think its 2/3 extra spaces if your on the 1.5 dweller package. Its also a 1.5/2.5 card combo if you make it with Linkuriboh, Sunlight Wolf and Proxy F.

what do you make if you open with hydrant?

You could do something like Normal hydrant, search preventer, link off Hydrant into a link 1, special preventer by banishing Hydrant, link 2 into whatever summon back Hydrant from preventers effect. This is only a suggestion. You can S:P for the link 2 but it really depends on what else you have in hand tbh.
