Here I created a Hollow resin Skull to put a lighted scenery inside. I want to do a series of them that could house 3D miniatures depicting whom the skull belong to . Like the Pirate one eyed Willy, or Edgar Allan Poe, you get the idea. It’s a simple process of basically slush casting a silicone skull mold with approximately three layers , then cutting out the eye sockets so you can peer in and see if the scenery you placed inside . Use tap or switch led lights . I use glass lenses in my larger skulls eyes to help magnify scenes.
If you don’t have a silicone skull mold you can use plastic hollow skulls and paint or use a tumblers epoxy on the surface. Remember to always wear PPE and use only low temperature led lighting. Vents can be added to give more air flow.
Thank you! The JuliArt
