I genuinely wish that during Rocket events that you were rewarded with a charged TM from Grunts, had a small chance to get them from Pokestops, and had a small chance to get them from gifts. So many people have tons of shadow Pokemon that they want to use but limited charged TMs. Given the infrequency of Rocket events it's genuinely disappointing that you really have to prioritize the best shadow Pokemon you have and don't get to build that spicy shadow you want due to lack of TMs. It makes me sad. Rant over.

Revavroom is one of my favorite SV pokemon and its shiny is golden which is pretty as well. As a pokemon that is released to PoGo I would say its pretty average. The patience you have to get one is very bad and as far as its usage goes its pretty average performance. Being a Poison/Steel the biggest strengths is against Fairy/Poison/Steel. Giving it access to fast move poison damage along with Overheat as a good coverage option is pretty good just sadly the lack of coverage options is one problem for it since it does not have any other good moves. Overall its a solid pokemon for casual play but in limited formats like the Fantasy Cup it will be a very good option with Poison vs Fairy and Fire vs Steel. Only weakness is Ground and Fire but there are not many fire types around to worry about unless it is like a Skeledirge or something. Can be better in the future with move updates if it ever gets one as it does learn moves like Body Slam / Iron Head / Sludge Bomb / High Horsepower. Maybe even a costume variant like how it got for TeamStar battles.

Please tell how you count moves, time optimization and planning strategy all at same time how to do exactly

It all comes down to long gameplay knowledge and also counts. You can know how much energy a pokemon gets by playing against them often and studying the move. Say a pokemon like Whiscash takes 5-6 MudShot to get to the first charge move of Mud-Bomb or Scald that equates to 10-12 turns which is 5-6seconds so it's not hard to count when every move in GBL has intervals of 0.5s of each other and counted as a turn. It also comes down to when you think they will throw or before they get to a move as well and it is all a guessing game which is what makes it mostly skill based if you can make the right call at the right time.

It’s easier if you also use the Pokemon whose moves you need to count. So for instance if I’m a Swampert user myself, it’s easier for me to glean where another Swampert user is at on energy.

Na taking a debuffed overheat on a steel type with bad iv’s has gotta be a flex still. I think with a move update or the right team with pokemon could crush. I see this Pokemon being good with 2 fighting types that counter psychic with off typing.

What pokemon because the damage varies between the pokemons attack stat and also the pokemon your using it against. Is it a pokemon like Charizard using a Non-STAB DragonClaw? Shadow Dragonite? It all really depends and you can look up the battle simulations on PvPoke as well when u do single battle with -1 attack simulation to see how much damage it would dom
