This CP worked for PDP in Abia in the last general election. He openly told Alex Otti to his face that he(Otti) should stop wasting his time and resources because he wasn't going to win. He had to quickly find away out of Abia State immediately Alex Otti was sworn in. He's partisan. I just hope he'll behave himself this time
