Don't know the last time you might have checked out Steve Hackett, but he's been making music for 40+ years after Genesis. He does a lot of Genesis "revisiting", but he also does a lot of original music. Hackett is a long time favorite of mine.

Try out Porcupine Tree. The song called The Hate Song live. An amazing intense prog song with Gavin Harrison on drums ( a drummer rated up there with Danny Carey from Tool ) Everything Porcupine Tree is amazing!

You gotta check out a band called Lucid Planet! They’re a 3 piece band from Australia. Good solid prog rock mixed with elements of tribal, psychedelic, and djent. Check out the song Zenith or Anamnesis from their second album :)

Nice! It's time for Marillion. If you aren't familiar with them, there are 2 eras ,both excellent, but very different ( not unlike Genesis pre/post Peter Gabriel) . If you're not familiar, let me know, I'll send some suggestions. I know I gave you a big list before with songs , but I'll repeat a few ; Bjorn Riis " Forever Comes To An End" Airbag " Homesick" Anathema " Untouchable 1&2" and " Thin Air" Jolly " Where Everything's Perfect" Mystery "The Willow Tree" Aisles "Mariachi" Lonely Robot " How Bright Is The Sun" Frost "Heartstrings" ....I could go on😉

Would love for you to check out Steven Wilson's "solo" work, which is obviously accompanied by amazing artists!! Recommendations are "Drive Home", "Luminol" (especially the live version), and "Routine", among many many others!!!
