I just returned to the game. What happened to the Brigand Seal that used to be available on the faction vendor that could change stats to Dex/Con? My character is only level 40 and using faction gear to level.

Whoa, hold up!? At 8:03 you're able to spam open aptitude crates and skip that terrible animation!? What's that all about~

that was due to an issue i had on the ptr, it was just too much for the server to handle i believe. And if you look at where i say "wtf" it shows i have like 450/500 unique items when i only have like 50 items. its all bugged.
