Love your collection! I just received my Dj36 126234 with a fluted bezel with a jubilee and absolutely love it. My wrist is a 6 1/2 inch and it’s shocking how it fits perfectly compared to my other watches. This watch has lots of watch presence for a 36mm. It looks more like a 38 or 39. This is my first Rolex and not my last.

My favorite DJ…I’m fortunate to own one. Yours looks great on the wrist. My 41mm looks good with the smooth bezel; the fluted was really too much bling and didn’t suit my wrist, which is the same size as yours. The oyster bracelet on mine is a nice match, but I’ve considered purchasing a jubilee. As you said, it’s a defining element of the DateJust and really completes the look. Congrats on your new addition. Its a special piece in my opinion and will always be desirable. By the way, I think you’ll enjoy the new Explorer. I have the two-tone and love it! Great video!

You might think about getting a different Datejust with a Jubilee/ fluted bezel to complement your Oyster bracelet/ smooth bezel. Depending on the dial, you can tone it up or down. I'm on a list for either steel Explorer or two-tone. They both look nice.

Congratulations to yet another great acquisition. This is one of my favorite DJs, you also probably got one of the best bezel and bracelet combinations, though I must admit I am a fan of the oyster bracelet. I do prefer a IX (9) instead of the stick indices, but that's a personal opinion. I think your pink dial DJ is a really special one and quite rare. How do you feel wearing the pink dial DJ? I assume its a special occasion watch as opposed to a daily driver. Well done again and keep going!

I wear the pink dial probably the least. More tricky to pair up with an outfit, but I do like the diamond bezel (my only one)

@@sc1 I can imagine its a difficult one to pair up, also wouldn't be one's first choice to wear on a weekend. Either way, its cool and special - perhaps on a smooth bezel and oyster bracelet would make it more diverse.

Thanks for the video. I'm looking very hard at this watch. I saw a 36 mill online brand new in box from authorized dealer. They're holding it for me till I get out of my sick bed I've got some kind of crud. The one I chose is Jubilee bracelet like yours ,.Fluted bezel, and motif dial.

I've been offered a Wimbledon 36mm flutted Jubilee and I'm coming in to try it on tomorrow. I asked for a green or palm DJ but I'm offered this instead... my question is should In take it, and how on Earth should you wear with this watch with? Smart casual only? Black T shirts and black jeans? Thanks

Take it. But if you are very sure you can get a green palm DJ, then I would wait for the green. These can be worn with almost anything, casual or formal.

For some reason the yacht Master were too big on me. I've got a small wrist only 6 1/4 inches.. I wish Rolex did like omega and have one size between the large case 40 and a small case 36 MM. I'm going wild shopping next week as I've been sick. Someone has a beautiful A P midsize that looks nice. I also want to look at the new Raleigh Opie to width jubilee bracelet fluted bezel and motif dial. Stainless steal white gold bezel, and crown. Thanks for the comment I really appreciate it. Any issues with visibility given the silver dial on metal body? Specifically in office environments.

Yes, this dial is not the most legible. It's fine for the office, but not so great in low light. It's a compromise to having a non-lume Roman Numeral dial.

The watch only looks correct to me with Jubilee bracelet fluted basil.. Also I would never choose a Wimbelton dial. I use the loom at night. For me I like this with the motif dial. Just my preference. BTW your watch looks beautiful. It's all a matter of taste. So if you like it and it fits great then you have the perfect watch for you. Congratulations. Great video!-BTW I wish they made a 38.5... I have a two-tone rubber strap aqua terra 38.5 with a small blue rubber bracelet that I bought us an accessory from Omega. With the small strap and the 38 five it fits me like a glove. Right size watch for me. I paid top back for mine I don't care!save the tax that was good enough . I bought it at the height of the market and I don't care. The watch was reasonably priced at $7000. So far the only watched that fits me is the older model 16630./2021 two-tone bluesy.. So I love my two Rolexes. However they're both submariner's. Want to steal black dial and my 2021 Bluesy., my steel sub has a slightly different clasp because of the glide lock. That watch was very hard to fit but we finally got it close. The blues he was a no-brainer I pulled a half a link out of it end it was all good! My wrist is 16 1/4.. It's a great watch! But I like my subs more.. The Rolex just has more wrist present. Also I love the weight. I feel like I have a real machine on my wrist! I think Omega made a very smart move while Rolex was doing nothing. With an omega you're guaranteed the proper case size for your wrist. They have a wonderful collection. Rolex on the other hand seems to think that bigger is better. That may work out for guys well over 6 feet: that's not me unfortunately. Rolex maxi case leaves me out. 36 mm is too small. Last I heard Rolex on sura foundry. I believe they're missing a good deal of market because of the ridiculous sizing. I see my dropping value daily. That's kind of a rub because of the premium you pay when you first buy it. Great watch. Love it to death. Don't care for the company much! The watches are certainly Worth the money. For me the main thing is how are you tell me, not their fashion models but not me

You could also think about a Yachtmaster or Daytona 40mm. I know prices are crazy, but they actually measure about 39mm. And the case shape also makes it wear smaller than a Submariner super-case. Or even a pre-ceramic GMT or Explorer II, they are wear similar to a 39mm.
