I've seen many people and stylists doing this job, but with a huge difference this man it's the best one, by now. He does a good study of your hair, the size of the prosthesis and the cut of the prosthesis really well adapted to your head. Excellent !!!

Beautiful job as always. I've been wearing a system for a number of years and I've never felt more secure or happier. The style in this video is the way I wear my hair, and if you purchase a good piece it can be totally undetectable Now, not everybody can get to Toronto and New Roots Studio. So, I'm going to pass along some helpful advice and information for those who do not want to sport the shaven head or bald look.(You can see by this fellow, how much better you look with hair.) Firstly, always go with lace. Out of all the companies, I find that Hollywood Lace has the best products. They run around $200 - $400, the color match is great, you have a wide variety of densities, even to extra fine, and can get any percentage of grey added in. You can get any length, starting at 4 inches, and from stock, you can get a 7 X 9 or 6 X 8 base, and then trim your scalp to accommodate it properly. They usually take 6 weeks to come in. Very high quality. Now to the tricky, but very easy to manage process of cutting it in, and styling it yourself, which will save you tons of money in the long run. Invest in a FLOWBEE, a hair cutting/styling system that will give you precision cuts, not only to your hairpiece, but also your own hair. Also some WAHL clippers. I have used these for years, and have not needed to go to a barber in over 25 years. Also, get some quality brushes and combs, especially a good detangling brush. Attach your hair system with tape, avoiding needless mess and residue with glue. Remove it and reattach every 6 days to avoid the tape from deteriorating and messing up your base, and for simple hygiene. Shampoo your system in the shower every 2 to 3 days, but, most importantly use conditioner and the detangling brush every day. Style it daily when wet, let it dry to your style, and then use conditioning spray to make it look as natural as possible, blending with your own hair. The style in this video is quite possible the most natural looking to maintain. Good luck to one and all. Sure, having a system takes more time and effort, but it is well worth the trouble.

You’re the best barber. I watched you every one of them.

Just to add to my previous comment, you can easily make your new hair system last for over a year, with proper care and maintenance. Make sure to constantly/daily use conditioner in the shower, and then spray in conditioner when styling. Use tape rather than adhesive, and redo it every 5 - 6 days. Try to avoid sun and saltwater. Physical activity is fine, but that precludes any duration over 5 - 6 days. Get yourself a FLOWBEE, a set of WAHL clippers, and some good Hair Shaper/Thinners to blend in your hair. Watch this channel, and every other tutorial service available on KZbin, so that that you become your own professional barber/hairstylist. Give yourself weekly maintenance on the same day each week. So much easier to keep your style and look fresh and crisp.(New terminology.)(lol!) And definitely get yourself a styrofoam head mannequin on which to style, and leave your system to dry. Get yourself some fine pins to hold your piece in place on the mannequin head, and use an abudance of pins to keep the hairpiece totally in shape. Try using a product called "Drysol", on your scalp, to try to eliminate excessive sweating, which leads to the deterioration of your hairpiece.Daily appications of rubbing acohol, when you don't have your piece on works very well. If there is a disparity between your piece and natural hair, or beard, there is an excellent product called Dermatch, that you can blend into your real hair and/or your system, to attain a perfect blend. Don't listen to the negative B.S. from shaven guys, or what women want. This is about you. You can have eggs in the morning, but you don't have to walk around the rest of the day with no hair, like the old critical farts. Always and constantly educate yourself. Hair is important to you, as it is too me.

Can you explain the system. Lace or poly. Swiss or French .05 or .03 thin skin. Remy hair or virgin. Possible price
@sammmuelspaul19466 жыл бұрын
Looks like lace, probably French, with a poly perimeter on the back. The poly I'm sure is thick. Price? Definitely too much. No doubt he has good systems and gives a good cut in but its nothing different than what you can get cheaply online from a good company and have a decent stylist cut in. My guess is he charges close to a grand for a system and probably has a subscription racket going which you should never do unless you have no problem throwing away money.

@arthurkurtzhall53696 жыл бұрын
@@sammmuelspaul1946 In defense of New Roots, yes you could probably find comparable systems cheaper but you should have a professional do a cut in the first couple of times anyways, for templates, hairlines, color, texture and density, which the average Joe blow does not understand, this guy is an expert, that costs. . .Vanity ain't cheap baby!
@sammmuelspaul19466 жыл бұрын
@@arthurkurtzhall5369 Most "professionals" are not very professional at all and that's a sad fact. My first "professional knew less than me and I had to guide her through a lot of the process that I learned online. I think the most important thing a person can do is research nd read as much as possible about systems and maintenance. All of this can be learned yourself fairly easy. Cut ins I would always recommend a good stylist and in defense of New Roots they do seem to be good, but too many people get trapped into contracts and buying expensive systems out of desperation and not doing their homework first. No one should ever sign a contract period unless like I said, they have money to burn.

You wear a wig right? No man in there right mind would date a bald lady.
@guistmagik25063 жыл бұрын
looks great.. BUT at the end of the day its a wig stuck to your head! the maintenance is unreal, the cost is over £1,000 a year and its a foreign object stuck on you!.... I had a system put on 2 days ago, I waited 6 months for it, I took it off not even 24 hours in, sleeping with it on is horrible, you can feel it pulling against your scalp when resting your head on the pillow, you can also feel it when it lifts(the lace)..... and no matter how much you try to convince yourself, at the end of the day its NOT your hair and its fraudulent...... when I took it off and shaved my head how I used to I felt so much better! Just embrace having a shaved head! grow some stubble and you'll look cool as hell!.... I only tried the system just to see how id look and for a visual change, but I think the majority of people won't stick with it! especially a man, we don't want extra hassle in our lives and this is a major hassle
