As someone who's been on Lithium after being diagnosed with Bipolar type 1 I can say it indeed DOES make you feel like a zombie, it made it difficult for me to work cause I would sometimes feel like I'm on complete autopilot and start messing up simple tasks, I found myself spacing out like crazy and just going with the motions almost like it was a temporary lobotomy. Plus it causes your face to break out like crazy, super great for when you're already depressed now your face looks horrid from insane acne. Not quite sure how lithium is helpful in any way to the human mind, maybe it's just not for me.

This. Entertainment is a major distraction. Popular podcasts that focus on Entertainment news and gossip etc fail to address or spend enough time addressing important topics and subjects, like mental health. All jokes, laughs and shocking comments/content is all fun makes for a great escaped), but "the culture " needs more. It needs beneficial knowledge. It's sad many platforms with big followers care more about likes and views than feeding people information that's valuable to their lives and overall well-being.

the mention of gut microbiome is important, but there’s much we still do not understand surrounding such a subject, some theorize that we destroy our gut microbiome with the consumption of plants because of the heavy amounts of chemical sprays that are used in farming which stay in the soil, water, and plant itself, all of which is not detoxified when harvested, these chemicals absolutely destroy positive gut bacteria, yet some people advocate for a fully vegan diet… much to be learnt and further explored.
