I am in medical professionin a medical College.During covid the pg studends work in covid wards only for one and half year out of three years and didn't learn their own subject (field) like surgery, medicine or others but passe out easily after another one and half year.So the thing is that why this rule is only for foreign medical students.Nmc has to think about this discrimination

Sir according to the NMC students who studied during online course have to go through this 2-3 years of internship. But what about students planning to take admission this year in foreign medical colleges, they'll have to do 1 year of internship only na ya phir unko bhi 2/3 saal wali internship karni padegi ?

If in their whole course from 1st year till final year they don’t do any online class then yes 1 year. Come back india during vacation. But dont come to india during the middle of semester and attend online class by zoom.

Main thing is that it will also effect the vacant seats for FMGs if one student gonna repeat internship for 2 years then that seat will remain occupied for 2 years and FMGs who passed FMGE exam recently hv to wait atleast a year or more to get vacant seat to start internship nd then need to do for 2/3 years. Successfully 2-4 years wasted without getting single penny😢

Bro my suggestion is that complete your mbbs and then crack usmle exam and go to usa for residency program (3-5 yr) and then after completing residency come to India because medical pg from usa is valid in India you don't have to do intership or next exam you to will permanent registration in India

Exactly, or wo Indian standard bdh rha hai isse Inka, or neet pg derhe hen crores m seat ,0 percentile pr pass ye bhi standard bdha hai , lekin ek Fmg ,FMG EXAM pass krne k baad 1 saal gadho ki trh internship krne k baad poorly trained hai. Secondly ye jo hamari principle university jisko inhnne recognise kiya hai uski degree ko manrhe hen usi ki verification authentic nhi hai inke liye?? Baseless unjust decision, collective punishment derhe hen, it's illogical

Covid me ya war ke time jo bhi india aaya tha foreign se aur India me aa kr zoom se online class kiya. Aur phir jab covid khatam ho gya aur wapis se uss country gya and final year offline pass kiya. Aur usko university jaa kr jo uske online me classes miss kiye. Theory wala class nhi lekin agar practicals miss kiye to usko wo practicles compansate krne hote. To usko university se ek compansation letter lena padta. Aur phir india aa kr fmge pass hone ke baad wo letter state medical council me dena hota tab tumko 1 saal ka internship milega. Warna 2 saal ka milega. Lekin agar koi final year online kiya to phir usko direct 2 saal ka internship h bcz wo to ab nhi jaa sakta na university wapis se. Wo to graduate ho gya already online. Compansation letter ke liye tumko wapis se online class ke baad university jaana hoga aur apna final year offline khatam krna hoga plus wo jab online class tha tab ka practical compansate krke compansation letter apne degree ke saath lena hoga university se. Tabhi tumko 1 saal milega internship india me.
