Objections to Rule 42 of MoCA draft notification dated 30.09.2021 publishing the draft Aircraft (Amendment) Rules 2021 Dear Sir/Ma’am 1. This is with reference to the notification published in “The Gazette of India: Extraordinary” dated 30th September 2021 regarding the amendment to Aircraft Rules 1937, (attached to this email). 2. I would like to first appreciate the fact that India will now be increasing the validity of the pilot licenses to 10 years as per draft amendment of rule 39C, in sub-rule (1). 3. I would however like to bring your attention to the point on page 18 of the draft published in the Gazette which reads, "J. In rule 42, (ii) after sub-rule (4), the following sub-rule shall be inserted, namely:- ―(5) In case where the privileges of the licence has not been exercised during the validity period of licence, for a period exceeding 03 years, the applicant shall be required to requalify in examinations and skill tests required for issue of such licence before exercising the privileges of such licence." 4. This amendment goes against the amendment which increases the validity of a pilot’s license to 10 years. To be required to re-qualify in examinations and skills test will be actually reducing the validity of the pilot’s license for: A. All aspiring pilots (Statistically, it takes multiple years before a new CPL holding pilot is hired on their first flying job), B. Unemployed pilots (Airlines collapsing and various force majeure including the current pandemic has/may leave hundreds of experienced pilots unemployed for well over 3 years, most of whom have significant experience and knowledge to keep exercising the privileges of their pilot’s license even after years of gap in flying) C. Pilots flying for foreign carriers (who may be currently flying on ICAO/FAA licenses issued by contracting states and shall be aptly capable in exercising the privileges of their Indian DGCA issued licences in India as well), D. Experienced pilots returning to flying after a long sickness and having been declared FIT; E. Female pilots (It is most detrimental to this gender, who may need extended maternity leaves during their flying career) A large majority of whom may be dissuaded from ever flying again, considering the fact that the individual will be virtually starting and reappearing in all examinations as if they were a new pilot trying to obtain the license for the first time. 5. Currently, any operator, according to rule 42 sub rule (1) already requires such a pilot to renew their aircraft type rating completely after a gap of 3 years which takes care of all the training and checking requirements for the pilot to demonstrate skill and safety. Consequently, 100% operators/employers advertise and hire only current and valid licensees. Hence, I would request the DGCA and the central government to consider omitting this amendment completely from the above mentioned draft on grounds of the rationale made via this email. Any Indian citizen can raise objection.... Try sending in various groups for the same and they just need to send a mail only... Send the content along with mail id...So it will be easy for them to coy paste and send Now it is more easy to copy subject and content seperately.... So no extra work to be done. Just send the mail. Ask u r all known people to send irrespective of their profession.... And circulate if possible among your other frnds groups if possible... All trainees send it at the earliest or else you people required to pass the exams every 3 yrs

Plz reply to the following pointwise: 1. Validity they extended for 10 yrs but introduced this new rule of 3 yrs, so effectively validity has been reduced to 3 yrs right? 2. In those 3 yrs, what does utilisation of license mean..does one has to necessarily get a job or even if one does some flying by paying at some academy etc, will that suffice?

1) No bro..validity and currency both term are different....but closely linked to each other....you can’t use your license privileges ...if you are not current...so...currency is related to privilege...but its linked to CPL validity like i told you in CPL Renewal video... 2) Yes bro..if you fly or have certain number of hours...in past three years...then you can by pass this rule...but there’s nothing mentiond about it in draft....i.e how many hours you have to fly (actual aircraft or simulator) and flying means flying bro...it doesn’t matter whether you pay for it or your academy or any other person...every hour counts...you just have to submit all documents as per DGCA rules and regulations...and yes bro..you can pay and accumulate hours required to maintain your currency..this is what all students have to do from now...today is the last day to oppose this rule. thanks

Ok..i will try.... btw....i have already made a video in past about flying passion and its reality...but i don’t know why...its not publicly available on my channel...may be due to some youtube technical error i guess.. But still ..as per my opinion...there’s no external thing or person or motivational quote..which can trigger or boost your interest or passion...the only thing matters and required is clarity in your thought and learning attitude...i mean to say..if a person is very clear about his/her goal..then he or she doesn’t need any external motivation...the goal itself generates self motivation inside you...and goal tak pohonchney ka process aapke liye enjoyment ban jaega..vo actual passion hai mere opinion main...jo bohot rare logon main rehta hai...baki jo aapko hifi luxury lifestyle videos youtube main dekhne milta hai about pilots...vo sab bhi achha hai...but reality main vo external/materialistic based motivation hai...kyukie ye sab temporary boost karne ke liye rehta hai..isiliye jaldi fade away hojata hai ek time ke baad... Simple si baat hai...jisko clearly pata hai ki life main karna kya hai...vo sidha kaam pe focus karta hai...and interest/passion sab automatic aajata hai...usko motivation video dekhne ki zarurat nahi padhti.... agar aapke goal main dum hoga and aap genuinely uske liye work karna chahte ho...matlab aapka natural inclination hai us specific field main.....toh fir aap distract nahi hogey...by default aapka mind focused rahega... sirf continue sikhte rehte main maza aane lagega...and yehi never ending learning attitude or curiosity aapko andar se motivated rakhega..that i can assure you... Bro...as per my opinion....If we don’t have third wave...then..may be...mid 2023 ya end tak ye shuru hojae...kyuki agar 2022 main corona wapas nahi aata...let’s say...toh 2-2.5 years sufficient time hai...market recover karne ke liye and pehle ke backlogs/delays/loss makeup karne ke liye....provided....public firse pehle ki tarah air travel pe safe feel karey and trust karey...like pre-covid....kyuki at the end of the day...it all depends upon passengers traffic....Thanks

Bro...mere pass sirf is program ke selection process se related information hai..and uspe maine already ek brief video banaya hua hai...but actual main ye program kaise hai..ye main nahi bata sakta....aapko unke kisi cadet se baat karna chaiye....jo us program ko kar chuka ho ya...already ho abhi at present..ok bro...Thanks

I oppose this rule bro.. Because it's pointless and useless . Brother but tell me one thing.. How long is the validity period of the dgca exam papers if you haven't done any flying at all ?

hello, this is my second question for you respected sir, is it possible that I study about aviation in abroad, get a respective final license there and work in the respective airlines of that country??? Like if i go USA on student visa and study there, get license and be type rated and rather then coming back India, can i apply in some American airlines?? i know somewhat of things about PR(permanent resistance) but if yes then i need to know the procedure maybe, you will be completely able to answer me i guess...

No Dear... You are not eligible to apply for jobs in USA...i mean for airlines...because they have “1500 Hr” rule...it means bina 1500 hrs experience ke...aap eligible hi nahi ho kahin bhi apply karne ke liye...plus abroad main aap as an outsider apply karogey...isiliye aapke liye aur different terms and conditions rahenge...compare to their nationals... Study visa is a different thing...usse aap sirf padhai kar sakte ho...and part time kuch job bhi kar sakte ho depending upon that specific country’s rules and regulations....but bina work permit ke legally aap kisi flying related job main apply nahi kar sakte... Without sufficient experience abroad airlines main koi chance hi nahi hai...aapke pass on average 2500-3000 hrs hona chaiye...vo bhi jet hours at least...and ye main ek rough figure bol ra hoon..airline to airline requirements highly vary karta hai.. Small companies main may be possible ho...but airlines main...definitely its not possible for freshers...haan ek way ye hai ki aap instructor ban sakte ho... Thanks

Bhai scene h ki... Papa bol rhe h ki tereko pilot banna h tho cadet program ke through hi jao... Me bola theek h... Spicejet me jaate... Kyuki indigo tho band krke rkhi h... Papa bole nhi... Spicejet losses me h... Tho papa kehena mtlb h ki mereko pehle bba krna h aur uske baad cadet program me jaana h... As indigo will surely reopen it's cpp by that time. Ab me kya kru... Bsc aviation poocha tho papa bole ki backup strong honi chaiye.... Ab me kya kru? Kese convince kru? I have no problem in going conventional way or cadet way.... But cadet way bandh h tho conventional jaana h... Ya phir spicejet me jaana h... Grad ka koi I interest nhi bhai... Aap kya bole ispe?

As per my knowledge...SpiceJet consistently loss report kar ri hai...and abhi tak koi batch induct nahi kiya gaya hai...i mean first batch main hi sab delay chal ra hai and kisiki joining nahi ho pai hai...so your father is right as per my opinion ...but SpiceJet main...you have option of doing BBA along with your cadet program training...but its not like regular course i think...toh aap dekhlo aapko kya karna hai... and B.Sc aviation k liye maine utni opportunities nahi dekhi hai bro...aisa nahi hai ki ye totally worthless degree hai...but backup ke point of view se utna strong nahi lagta as per my opinion...kyuki logically....opportunities hongi tabhi toh aap use use kar paogey na...har exam ka apna apna criteria hota hai...india ke maximum exams main graduation required rehta hai but mostly B.E/B.Tech hi demand karte hain...jahan tak maine dekha hai...iske uper aap khud bhi research kar sakte ho...aur aapko karna bhi chaiye..koi bhi stream choose karne ke pehle..toh... As per my opinion wait karlo thoda..agar 1 crore invest karna hi hai toh..indigo main invest karna zada sahi hai...main kisi airline ki side nahi le ra...sirf apna opinion de ra hoon..SpiceJet program jab launch hua tha tab sab sahi lag ra tha...but as per trackrecord and history...aur jaisa maine video main bataya hai spicejet ke..ki..vo pehle bhi program launch kar chuke hain 2006-2007 main..and bich main program close kar diya gaya tha...toh sabhi cadets ka money doob gaya tha..kai students totally bankrupt hogaye they..kyuki unhone apne parents ki saari savings is ummeed main laga di thi ki unko job milega...but actual main 100% guarantee kisi program main nahi rehta...indigo still spicejet se ahead and stable hai..isiliye maximum students secured hain as per my opinion...toh wait karne mai koi problem nahi hai..and tab tak jo bhi aapka interest hai usmain graduation karte raho...i know aapka graduation main interest nahi hai...but situation ke hisab se kai baar life main aisa kaam bhi karna padhta hai jismain aapka interest na ho...plus tab tak aap aur information and knowledge gain kar sakte ho is field ke baare main...and airlines bhi kuch hadd tak ek graduates ko prefer karti hain... and above points sirf recommendation hai meri taraf se...as per jitna bhi main samajh paya aapke comment ko....baki aapko kya karna hai vo aap apne analysis ke according hi decide karna hoga.... hello brother all My documents are ready for computer no. , except my Class 12 BVC i've done my class 12 from CBSE , and i am clueless how to get it as my 10th icse bvc arrived just in 10 days but for CBSE there is no such portal .

Just download your marksheet from CBSE official website...that is your BVC... For online uploading...just send the pdf you have downloaded after proper compression...i mean check file size...and makesure its as per DGCA guidelines... For sending hard copy along with your application...take coloured printout of that pdf and get it attested by any gazetted officer (preferably class 1 ) Yehi aapka BVC hai... And you also need to send a letter along with your CN application...i have provided format and other important details in this video...... Nope...past kuch years se closed hai...i mean for fresh CPL holders...but previous 3-4 years main ATR-72/A320 rated ke liye kuch kuch exams hue hain...toh permanently closed nahi hua hai...but kyuki ab indigo ka already itna sara programs and option hai....toh conventional path ke liye vacancy nikalney ka chance bohot hi kam hai...as per my opinion...sirf rated pilots ke liye hi opportunity rahengi near future main...i mean indigo and un sabhi airlines main jinka cadet program hai already...Thanks

Bhai can a pilot go for management roles like after being dgca pilot examiner can you become managing director or something big managerial roles in airlines.

Yes..but getting into designated examiner level itself takes lot of time...but as per my knowledge...for any kind of higher management roles/post you need graduation/degree as well...apart from your experience...Thanks

Sir please answer…. I want to becomes a pilot and I’m currently in 12th so is it worth becoming a pilot in next 1-2 years. Because of corona and stuff airlines are not recruiting pilots so will it be worth being a pilot in the upcoming 2-3years?

Right now airlines are not recruiting...but sab stable hone ke baad...you can expect some vacancies...and as per my opinion you will get opportunity....lekin kab and kis airline main....ye aapko exactly koi nahi bata sakta...agar aap lucky hue toh after CPL within few months bhi aapki job lag sakti hai...yaa kuch years bhi lag sakta hai...kuch bhi ho sakta hai...isiliye aapko prepared rehna padega ( both mentally and financially )....but on average 2-4 years lag jaata hai...majority pilots ko... And aajkal type rated ki vacancy hi zada aa ri hai...compare to non type rated fresh cpl holders....so main thing is finance here....padhai aap definitely kar logey agar dedication and natural interest hai toh... ..Thanks

Bro agar cadet programme join karna hai toh metrology, navigation, regulations bas hai 3 sub he dene hai na ya technical and RTR bhi dena hoga cadet programme ka fto new zealand hai toh??

Bro indigo opens vacancies for their cadet pilots as well as for the conventional pilots at the same time...if there are 100 vacancies and they have 100 cadets, will they even keep the recruitment on their website? And can u please say if an airline opens vacancies, in an avg how many vacancies will they open in once ?

If they already have surplus pilots available through their cadet program..then definitely they won’t hire from conventional path as per my opinion...sirf type rated ka chance hai...and ye chij ap khud se notice kar sakte ho...pichle 2.5-3 years main almost koi vacancy nhi aayi hai fresh CPL holders ke liye... About number of vacancies I can’t say exactly...but ye below 100 hi rehta hai usually..like 40-50.. bohot zada requirement hai toh hi 100-200 hota hai...ye bhi main exaggerate kark bol ra hoon...vacancy waise kaafi kam hi aati hi...compare to number of CPL issued by DGCA/year..... Please make a video on does and don'ts if we want to do pilot training from abroad and fly in india , not about cpl conversion and exams but more about aircraft as in many abroad countries flying schools train in Cessna 150 but in india almost every flying club trains on Cessna 172 does it make any difference and all the stuff

Sir Will it be advisable for 28 year old graduate (MBBS) to start for pilot training at this age .....? Do i have to face any difficulty in getting selected pls reply Sir will my mbbs degree help anything in my selection for airlines ......pls reply

You can definitely start your training at 28 bro if you have required money and ready to learn...but practical point of view se aapko bhi pata hai...time is very crucial for you at this age...because usually all airlines hire upto 35 yrs max...i mean fresh CPL holders without any kind of experience.... For type rated and experienced pilots age limit is much higher...like few airlines hire upto 45 yrs also ( if you are TR )....so...main thing is finishing your training in minimum but decent time and getting any flying related job asap...rest your medical degree is very good as per my knowledge for backup and tough times...but technically...you won’t get any advantage in airline selection process ( just my opinion )...airlines do prefer graduate students upto a certain degree....because of your exposure, knowledge and maturity level...but agar aapka aviation related degree nahi hai toh kuch khaas advantage nahi hai bro ...interviewer mainly aapka aviation knowledge check karte hain kyuki unka main task hai apni company ke liye suitable employee search karna...jo unke liye valuable ho...ok bro... If you join a cadet program and manage to finish your course successfully...then no need to worry at all as per my opinion..even people join at their 30’s....because there’s no element of job search in this path....post completion of your training you will directy join your airline...i mean sooner or later your company will hire you as per their terms and conditions and vacancies available...but at least you will know well before....where you gonna land at the end...so its the best way as per my opinion....provided arranging 1-1.2 crore is not a big deal for you... 1) Computer number is required for giving DGCA exams...you can apply for medicals without this number...because it has nothing to do with class 2 or class 1... 2) You get PMR number after class 2...i mean few months after your test...but without this number you can’t apply or take appointment for class 1... Yes its very much possible...but pehle aapke pass sufficient experience hona chaiye like 2500-3000 hrs at least...jo bina job ke possible hi nahi hai...plus har airline ka apna khud ka requirements rehta...and ye highly vary karta hai..airline to airline...toh bohot si chijein hain...sirf experience rehne ke alawa bhi aapko bohot saare terms and conditions fulfill karne honge..work permit and all bhi chaiye abroad main work karne ke liye...and kai baar specific aircraft main experience required rehta hai...like A 320 or B 737 is tarah se....toh ye sab dekhna hoga aapko...but haan aisa karna possible hai....Thanks

Bro...ghar ke simulator main fly karna ek chij hai ( kyuki real aircraft ka controls alag rehta hai )....aur actual main aircraft fly karna totally different chij hai....sim main aapko koi sensation/feedback nahi milta....for example aap real car drive karte ho toh har chij feel hota hai.....turn karogey , ya speed increase karte ho toh...similarly...aircraft main jab aap koi bhi manoeuver karogey toh har chij feel hota hai...and uske according aap jo bhi accurate/required action hai vo logey...ok bro... Ghar ke sim main ye chij missing rehta hai...isiliye achhe achhe pilots bhi crash kar dete hain....even kuch log sahi se land bhi nahi kar paate..so don’t worry much about it...Thanks

Ministry of Civil Aviation is planning to make some changes in rules related to your CPL & ATPL....and they have issued a notification on egazette website ( link is in the description )...and as per that...your CPL and ATPL will be valid for 10 years ( currently its 5 years )...but apart from this rule... they have added an extra rule to maintain its currency..and as per this rule...if you don’t use your license privileges for 3 years straight...then you have to clear all DGCA exams and checks again....otherwise you won’t be able to fly again...even if you have a valid CPL... Then also its fine as per my knowledge/opinion...the only thing is...during medicals...you need to tell your doctor or mention somewhere in form ( under medical history column, if required ) and you are good to go... if you still have more doubts about operation...then i would suggest you to ask any DGCA approved doctor via call/email or in person...if possible....because personally i haven’t gone through any surgery/operation so far...and doctor can only guide you after proper diagnosis...so try to contact them...and don’t go for surgery on your own...ask them once whether it’s required or not...ok.. Doctors list is available on DGCA website...under menu section... Thanks

I have a doubt. I want to go to a flying academy in Canada. I want to give my DGCA exams prior to going. When AND where do I give my ELP test? Do I have to give it in India before leaving or do I have to give it while in Canada or do I have to give the test after I return to India and convert my license?? I would be really thankful if you please clear my doubt. - Yes you can clear your DGCA exams before going Canada....and it’s highly recommended to clear your papers before going abroad...i.e MET, NAV AND AIR REG...and also RTR (A)...if applicable.... - For ELP there are many approved centers/institutes for training and assessment/testing both..refer below link for more details... public-prd-dgca.s3.ap-south-1.amazonaws.com/InventoryList/personal/training/pilot/glidingTrainOrgs/ELP_Trg.pdf - If you are going abroad....then you don’t need to clear ELP test here...( DGCA by default consider it as level 4 ) ..provided your proficiency level is mentioned on your foreign CPL or you have somekind of proof related to your english proficiency level...because wherever you are going for pilot training ( i.e country )....you have to clear ELP test as per their rules and regulations ( i.e civil aviation authority )...like we have DGCA in India... - If you are planning to do your CPL training in India...then you have to clear ELP training/testing from any DGCA approved institute/examiner.... and you can do this test ..before or after finishing your CPL..its upto you...and as per that only DGCA will endorse ELP level on your CPL....and its very important...because without this thing you won’t be able to exercise your license privileges.... Bro...your DGCA papers validity is related to license issue or renewal process...toh vo 5 years hi hai filhal...plus... there’s nothing mentioned about it in this notification...sirf online demand examination ka ek extra rule add kiya gaya hai....ok bro... ye rule license issue hone ke baad se apply hoga...and aapka papers still 5 years valid rahega...but agar aapne fly hi nahi kiya 3 years tak..toh is rule ke karan..license privileges ke saath aapka papers bhi invalid hojaega and tabhi aapko firse exam attempt karne ka option aaega.. Kyuki ek bar koi paper clear hogaya...uske baad bina invalid hue... vo paper aap attempt hi nahi kar sakte... I think bohot saar log ne oppose kiya hai is rule ko..toh may be ismain kuch changes kiya jae...baki date toh nikal chuka hai..ab dekhte hain DGCA kya notification lekar aata hai... Thanks

All DGCA papers and Skill Test...jo fresh license issue ke liye required rehta hai....agar isse bachna hai toh...kuch hours aapko flying karni hogi every 3 years...but yehi chij unhone mention nahi kiya hai ki kitne hours karna hai...lekin in sab main 2-5 lakhs lag sakta hai....as per my opinion...jaisa every 5 years renewal mai lagta hai...and ye cost vary bhi kar sakta hai depending upon aap kis type ke aircraft main ye sab karte ho...Thanks

As per my knowledge....There’s nothing mentioned about height..i mean in DGCA medical rules and regulations...i just told you 5’ / 5’1” / 5’2” as minimum because i have seen few pilots...and...few airlines do impose height requirement...like SpiceJet... And as per airbus and EASA recommendation (European Union Aviation Safety Agency)...if your height is 5’2” ...minimum...then you can easily operate all controls of cockpit..i.e all switches in your overhead panel, pedestal and rudder pedals...but its just a recommendation..not a compulsion...so.... For more clarification you can visit any nearest DGCA approved flying school...they will make you sit on their simulator or may be aircraft..usse aapko kaafi idea hojaega ki aapki height sahi hai ya nahi.. If you are declared class 1 fit...then I don’t think aapko koi problem hoga...height ke baare mai doctors ko zada idea ho sakta hai...baki as such mere knowledge main kahin bhi minimum height mentioned nahi hai...main chij hai ye hai ki...aapko sabhi controls sahi tarike se operate karne main koi pareshani nahi honi chaiye..and runway at least dikhna chaiye aapko...halaki aircraft ke seats adjustable rehte hain...toh I don’t think koi issue hoga aapko...but still ek baar DGCA doctor se bhi consult kar lijiye..for your safety...ok..Thanks

Airlines will surely accept your application...if you fulfill their eligibility criteria...like age limit and qualification, marks etc..etc...so don’t worry about it...because even if you join at 32...let’s say...in Indigo you cleared selection process, sign LOI and start your training ...then also they will hire you..if you finish your training successfully...i mean as per their standards, specific terms and conditions.... If you want to join cadet program...then main thing is to get into the program...once you are in...your age doesn’t matter...ok bro...it only matters for initial application process... Thanks

Second rule will certainly create problems ( especially in terms of finance ) for all CPL holders...because every 3 years you have to fly certain number of hours to keep your license current...otherwise clear all DGCA exams and skill test...so...both ways you have to spend good amount of money on regular basis...which is obviously hard to arrange for many pilots....plus many students take education/personal loan...even some of them mortgage their house as well...so that they can achieve their dream...but is rule se aur complexity aur badhega...as per my opinion....Iski filhal zarurat nahi thi....kyuki filhal already situation and time CPL holders ke against hai...koi jobs as such available nahi hai due to corona...Thanks

Yes...it’s possible...but if you want to switch in between your bond period...then first you have to pay the compensation amount...which you have signed before joining cadet progra, ....and this amount could be 25-30 lakhs or may be more depending upon your airline... But after bond period...you are free to join any airline or you can continue with the same airline...Thanks

Nahi bro....as such koi difference nahi hai...unless us school ko blacklist kiya gaya ho by DGCA....kyuki agar school ka name itna matter toh har student usi school main admission le leta....but actual main aapke pass freedom hain kisi bhi ICAO member country ke kisi bhi school se CPL karne ki...plus airlines kabhi aisa mention nahi karti apni advertisement main ki...aap xyz school se hi CPL karo tabhi hire karenge...aisa kuch nahi hai...airlines ke liye sab equal hain....but haan agar final interview main two students ke bich clash ho ra hai...toh may be jo zada reputed country/famous school se hai...use select kar liya jae..but in general it doesn’t matter as per my knowledge...after CPL or CPL + Type Rating...jaisa aap selection process main perform karogey..usike basis pe aapko assess kiya jaega...Thanks

If you already have frozen ATPL...then yes...you have slightly better chance...compare to other CPL holders ( especially if you have experience )...but you need to perform as well in airline selection process...especially personal interview...because they will ask questions...you as per your current credentials...i mean ATPL level ke question puch sakte hain...ok bro..Thanks

bro I'm not saying frozen atpl , its coplete atpl with 1500 hours experience (by the help of intership as a AFI/FI ) , because a flying school named HATS is providing this ATPL intigrated course

No maximum age limit as such...i mean for doing CPL..but as per rules and regulations...you can use your CPL till you reach 65...but the catch is...for getting job in any airline..usually maximum age limit is 35...for fresh CPL holder without experience...but it increases if you have experience or if you are type rated then age limit is upto 37-40...even few airlines hire upto 45 ...but in general you can consider it as 35... Thanks

Yes...having backup is always good as per my opinion...taaki aap ekdum blank na raho kisi point pe.....and medical field is highly secured as well.....i mean compare to aviation...Thanks

Haan bro possibly...kyuki ab pehle se zada CPL holders TR opt kar re hain...plus rated/experienced pilots ko hire karne se airlines ka bhi time save hota hai...but ye kaafi achhi news hai ki firse hiring ho ri hai...mere opinion main golden opportunity hai freshers ke liye...is period main... Abhi aapki priority list main sabse zada kya important hai vo dekho..and financial point of view se aapke liye is samay CPL afford karna sahi hai ya nahi..ye bhi analyse karo with neutral mind...kyuki ekdum se CPL finish kark opportunity milna is rare nowadays...so ..after CPL if you can afford to wait for at least 2-3 years...without any problem...and if your parents are also fine with it....then you can opt for CPL just after 12th OR if you want to do it after graduation..then also its fine...as per my opinion...aapke pass graduation ke baad bhi kaafi time rahega...so It totally depends upon you...vo mat choose karo jo aapko lagta hai ki sahi hai...vo choose karo jo aapke liye actual main sahi hai...ok..dear Thanks

Either govt. Should provide the opportunity to give flying to every cpl holder afer getting cpl or the clause about skill tests should be removed...

Please let us know through a video or community post, if this idiotic rule gets implemented. And, can we do some hours of flying before this 3-year period is about to get over, so that we can atleast avoid writing all the exams again? If yes, how many hours should we fly, before this 3-year period gets over? And, after flying, will we be free for the next 3 years? Please answer these questions.

Yes....but surprisingly they have nothing mentioned about hours required to remain current....hopefully ye zada na ho....halaki investment to dono situation main karna hi hoga...3 yrs hogaya toh exam/checks clear karo...nahi hua toh flying karo ya koi job dhundho asap...i think....isse aur complexity badhega... Thanks

Bro you need to ask any DGCA doctor..because I don’t know much about types and all...mujhe sirf itna pata hai ki...agar aapko diabetes hai and tablets/drugs vagareh bhi saath main chal ra hai...toh medical main aapko clear nahi kiya jata....ek certain level tak hi allowed hai..as per DGCA standards ..i mean if its under control..ok bro..Thanks

Yes as per my knowledge...but again doctor se consult karna sabse best option hoga..kyuki diagnose karne k baad hi kuch recommend karte hain koi bhi doctor...baki main apne medical experience and knowledge ke basis pe hi guide kar sakta hoon..an usike basis pe maine video banaya hai...ok bro..
