Hi Dannie I think adding categories to your not counted section is sensible eg hair products. That way you can buy replacement items without having to use points. Best wishes x

I would reset it. Just because you have some categories, you are trying to bring down. I think the fact that you have points going away means you did terrific at reducing your totals. If anything, it might serve as a way to change the mindset of impulse shopping or reward shopping because you have those points ect.

I can never get all the lotion out of the Hempz bottles. How do you do so well with it?

I store them upside down when they're about 1/2 empty. For the larger bottles, I decant them into a smaller container. Then I store the large bottle upside down so it's easier to get the lotion out the next time I decant more.
