Thank you for this very important info for me and my husband. Our question, pls: We have a very much settled son and daughter with families now. Both my husband and I live in our own paid-off house; having done so much work in the house, my husband preferred, after our departure in this lifetime, that it be left to one of our children, not to sell the house, but to live or continue to look after it, which my daughter wishes to, but not my son who is not after it. Kindly advise where we should start - much appreciated.
