hard to admit it but the only remaining option is to ge Start Up Visa in Canada which gives you immediately permanent residency and after 3 years applying to citizenship. You will then be eligible to many US visa. That is if your end goal is to move to the USA

No. You must invest and spend money in the US to get an E2 and prove it. Therefore I find it impossible to accept "no tax exposure".

Very interesting! I am an EU citizen who has invested a substantial amount of money through an FDI into the US in the last couple of years. All has been pretty much destroyed by the incompetent US consulates that show no accountability to neither the US law, nor the bilateral agreement, deciding to not extend business visa for the essential investor/executive. The US has been breaching that bilateral agreement on a quarterly basis this last year and there seem to be no easy way to get justice, unfortunately. Has anyone had a similar experience? Are there any EU governing bodies that assist investors with such disputes? My own country has been unable to provide any meaningful assistance in terms of guidance or providence of information. Very little information out there for the public, which is worrisome to state the obvious.

Well Grenada for me was never about the E2 but more about China (the other economic superpower) and a handful of other countries. Grenada is my passport for collecting all those stamps they don't like in the West and my other is for all the other countries which they don't like in China.

@Markus Wunsch I heard Serbia has access to Russia and China and some other places but they don't have a formal program so it's a Grey area where you invest in property and someone high up asks the president to approve a passport for you.

As a foreigner you can buy a non agricultural land or property in Serbia which in return will enable you to get a residency. BTW properties are very cheap in rural areas of Serbia.

And that’s what I do for a living so I have a reasonable concept of this. I’m not even sure I want my blue US passport anymore.

Plenty of EU citizenships allow you to leave the country for zero tax places without issue. They also allow you to visit Canada, the US, Australia, and New Zealand, as well as Mexico, Morroco, and Japan visa free. Several countries which require visas for most citizenships.

Can someone tell me with certainty whether this 3 years starts after obtaining the passport or if you have been domicile prior to the CBI this still counts.
