Nice to see you so soon, Paul. It took me a couple of years switching between multiple meds and therapists to finally get my anxiety under control but the journey was worth it. I now live almost completely free of panic attacks and anxiety spikes. You'll get there. Wishing the best for you and the family

Nice to back Paul , is possible that u can share how u feeling , as it will help many others who follow u , could it be possible that gambling could be a part of u feeling low , we all feel that gambling has affected on people and we find it hard to admit that we can’t beat a last better hope for that lucky number..
