I played on PTS where are fires. And love the breakable trees (they damage your vehicle like IRL), but these trees are only on 2 new maps. On the old maps any bush can stop and/or fully destroy your ZikZ. Are there ALL trees on ALL maps breakable?

I don't mind racing as long as I can do it solo and the worst part for me is the lack of unique addons for new trucks. I would like to see at least a custom flatbed for Kenworth 963 and a dump truck bed for Mack

The Kenworth 963 should have unique additions and a region tailored to its specifications and intended use. What do we need? Firestone Sand Champion tires are asking for desert areas and contracts related to the oil or gas industry. A good addition would be a unique Lowboy 150t trailer, etc. SABER still has time to fine-tune it. But the Kenworth 963 on Phase10 is a mistake.

I agree with your opinion about colours combinations, yes. Also, there could be animation of ferry, that it swims up to the pier and lowers the ramp, it would be great, because many players, including me, like load the cargo on top of the already fixed cargo and pulling the trailer on a winch, that is why full animation of ferry won't appear definitely. As for unique add-ons, at least Mack would have his unique sideboard, tank for fuel, for exampe. Tatra trucks have unique addons, but they aren't "Jack of all trades" like Royal BM 17, it's sadly, I love them. Racing addition to Snowrunner is mistake, this game isn't about rally, it's about slow mud mixing to deliver a cargo. Thank you for video, you're great P.S. Irl there's Off-road Truck Trials and Off-road Truck mud races. Snowrunner just happens to implement it the wrong way that's why it feels out of place. The lack of stable multiplayer just makes it fall flat. Missed opportunity cause his game would have been perfect for that niche.

I hated racing in season 7. Really annoyed to hear it's coming back as it counts towards 100% on the completion screen. I only play singleplayer and should not have to play multiplayer to get to 100%, that's bullshit.

At the start of season 7 I didnt like racing at all. But now, after a while, I appreciate the Sprinter and full throttle now and then. The Mack looks beautyful in blue-yellow-black! But the pink paint you showed is indeed really ugly. I am very much looking forward to the release!

Totally agree. Racing in a game where if you go fast the physics go crazy is just.. crazy. The colour combinations are also stupid. And there could have been unique add ons too.

They should add more addons cargo and new missions. Also small details like crane hooks that are currently missing will also add to the realism of the game imo. Id like to also see a European maps/trucks in the future. I mean its a good game, But i feel like its missing a lot of small details that would make it a complete product.

I don't mind racing. It doesn't get in the way, and it can be kind of fun to play around with. The lack of animation for the ferry is a little odd, you'd think the ferry at least would appear at whatever side of the river you're on, ready for you to drive onto before traveling. I'm actually not that into the new trucks, even though I'm a HUGE Mack fan. I hope that at some point they add a dump bed/dump trailer and like a dirt type cargo, even if there's no animation for actually dumping the cargo. I think it would be a cool add on, and do well for road building/clearing missions.

I hate racing in this game. The bad colors are only two per truck I feel most trucks have a couple "loud" colors, there are so many other good choices tho. I'd like unique addons sure but I just love how that new crane works, as well as the Kenworth having all 3 slot addons. Plus that fuel tank and high saddle might be insane for the oversize loads.

Doesn't make sense on how the ferry is on the otherside away from you but if it's intentional then they need the animation for heading to you and then back be awesome

Idc there is no animations for the crossing, but i dont like the colors for the Mac, the pink makes it look like a toy xd, also they could have made a mission to look for a sunk ship, similar to phase 1, with the ww2 bomber we had to looked for. Wish is good and not a waste of money, 15 bucks is a lot for to get repeated missions

I see what you mean about a ferry animation, but I think it would become annoying quite quickly. How many times do we wait for the animation to play out the other side of the tunnels? I agree regarding the colours, but perhaps they will change when it is fully released? I didn't buy the previous "Racing" season as I don't play co op. It might be fun as a proper race but I almost never do the time trial tasks so it doesn't appeal to me.

I'm non too pleased with how some of the vanilla trucks had the differential lockers removed! Ex: The Pacific P512 is totally useless without it's differential lockers to go through mud and snow. What were they thinking?!

It feel like they dont bring nothing New to The game, for better, New challenges more custom things, they add just boring things like 'New' trucks, scouts... Which they don't feel special, but just another truck... I believe The devs team become smaller, so they don't have time to test, or bring really New stuff to The game, they now copy from mods and release "oficial ' stuff... I want New uniq adons to complete contracts, New challenges, New trailers, New meniu for co-op, New meniu for winch, Bring quality over cuantity 🎉

1. I don't care about racing, or not, I don't mind doing it. 2. The ferry animation was something that could have been added with very little effort if you ask me: truck model over ferry, ferry moving over the water with truck model on it, ferry docks on the other side, done (doesn't look so hard to do something very basic). 3. Colors, sucks since start for me, this is very personal. I don't think developers can do anything that will pelase everyone. 4. Repeated cargo sucks on every phase, can't talk about this one since I didn't have time to test it. Whish they would add some human trasnportation/rescue (with a stress level gauge jajaja). And actually more life/wild onto the maps in general. But I guess the game is not about that. 5. No unique add-ons sucks, this is something that can make you change your mind about picking one truck over the other. At the same time its usually hard to balance because it can happend that some truck will be able to do almost everything and the other ones are left in the dark of the garage rusting. GamingWithJJ did a size comparison. Kenworth is massive in terms of being wide and tall, but it actually is shorter than the Western Star Twin-Steer, about 1 cargo slot shorter length wise. So being a 3 slot actually does make sense.

We do need some more frame flexing this would make the truck less bouncing like a rubber ball. 4. That multiple transport makes it serious boring sometimes. All the others things I can live with.

I understand the controversy regarding racing in Snowrunner. But haven't there always been races in Snowrunner? All maps have trials that have to be completed in a certain amount of time (especially if you want gold and the best reward). Some of them only require speed. I mostly disliked these types of missions and always ignored them. By the way, still the only way to earn money again after completing all missions on a map (especially in solo gameplay). Therefore, two of the biggest issues for me would be: Still no "Daily Challenge" on the maps and still no cruise control. P.S: That MACK really looks poor in this color scheme

I play on Switch, and waiting on a Ferry animation to load is something thatvI have no desire to do. I don’t hate the idea; but I’d rather be able to toggle it off or skip animation if included. I like giving each truck it’s own color, none of the new color schemes bother me. I’m indifferent here, but I get the point. Pink don’t bother me. I’d don’t hate the idea of unique add-ons for the new trucks … but I don’t see where they’re needed. Will agree on racing. It does not belong. I won’t do an in-game that isn’t necessary to progress the region or unlock a truck and I will never be logged into a co-op session of any sort.

I rather the adventure of trailing and strategic ways of how you handle different loads on the trucks and there should be a ferry animation if they going to include it in the game and add some new add-ons for the new and old trucks if they want us to keep paying for DLC and trucks make it worth while for us to keep like fixing the graphics and menu and the logic of how the trucks just randomly start to drift even with a load on the truck and also fix the mod page so it matches for all consoles not just PC

That's never been an issue for me. ;) But I do agree that the physics on scouts are broken: if you see real life off-roaders, they go much faster and are more stable than the scouts we've got in game. But it would be nice to give some use to them, as the only scouts I use are the F-750, Tatarin and the K1500.

I've stopped purchasing any add-ons for this game once it became clear the devs had no intention of adding support for manual transmissions. Just got bored of the gameplay where other vehicle sims that support manual have remained fun for me. This is a very niche personal complaint though, and I don't expect the devs to cater to a small demographic such as manual enthusiasts.

1. In my opinion racing is good as an addition to the map, not the main theme like Tennessee. 2. Ferry animation could be problematic due to fact, that we have some trailers longer than actual ferry. 3. I totally agree. We should have ability to make our own colors like for example in ETS2. Default ones looks weird on many vehicles, especially military trucks. 4. I don't understand tasks system in new phases. On base maps missions were mostly different and had some funny stories in their descriptions. Likely from phase 5 the tasks are like "Our driver lost the cargo, can you deliver it? We will pay" and this is one of reasons for me, why new phases are just to pass through, unlock new trucks and forget untill next phase. 5. They should add custom bed for Kenworth, something like Western Star Twinsteer, because both of these trucks were working around oil rigs with similar beds. Mack could get a military styled bed or dump bed like it have irl. 6. I also don't know why new phases have no modifications for base game trucks. Someone can name locking parts for base game trucks behind paywall a pay to win, but forgeting about them and giving mods only for trucks from one phase is not a good idea too.

The WORST thing with this update: After installing phase 10 on PS5, the game DO NOT recognise my LOGITECH (true force 923) STEERING WHEEL !!! Before that phase 1000+ hours the wheel worked perfectly, now is useless.... when patch this issue? Have anybody same issue after phase 10 with logitech steering wheel ?

I’m not sure why devs picked racing as any part of a DLC… wasn’t racing generally not liked by the community? I know it was mainly because of coop requirement, but still this game is about being slow not fast ;) I haven’t don’t any racing in SR yet, but I wish to avoid it… I even don’t to timed missions because it is not my vibe of the game.

We are to hard on them about the racing I believe the racing is mostly due to circumstances on the world stage and they did what they could with the little they had it can be a fun change of pace to just mess around with. That said I do feel it’s very out of place I just feel we often over look that they did what they could at the time.

The racing is fine. It’s been there from day one in snowrunner. It just wasn’t the defined tracks and more like the local trials and courses. It’s just a fun novelty. (also it’s a tiny part of the game) It’s kinda fun with the snowrunner game engine. I also think it is there to give friends something to play on in multiplayer. People need to keep in mind that not everything in a game needs to be liked by everyone. Some people like some things more than others and that’s fine.

I actually like the racing, but it's basically something that should be a completely different game. the damage models need to be reworked to actually support racing a racing truck without getting damaged. They may also need to adjust the physics for that a bit as well, but no, I love truck racing and I think it could be really cool if they get it right, but it doesn't really fit in Snowrunner

1) Racing - it's not huge part of the game, it shouldn't be added any more but I don't mind having in the game. 2) TBH the animation would suck as early as 2nd time you see it. I wish map to map animations could be switched off. 3) There are OK combinations, I don't mind the wacky ones. Some may enjoy. 4) I don't really care what I haul. As long as I have something to haul, it's ok. 5) I finally agree. There should be unique add-ons for every truck as long as it is possible.
