I generally use tayga as a repair truck, simply because its stable, durable, can get through mud, and the repair addon fits its frame really well

I use the White Western Star with the fuel and repair trailer. It's just a good all rounder and you can keep it around while using better trucks for actual cargo runs.

i always use the f750, it can go anywhere and carry plenty of repair and gas, only thing I cant speak for is its rock climbing, I've never tried it

I had another truck you can use for logging activity. It is only my opinion so its not a fact. The pacific p12 is not such a bad truck for logging except its very heavy and its not good for going over hills. I hope you like this comment Cyrus.❤

I really like using AZOV 5319 for medium logs. It's very fast with highway gearbox, it is very capable offroad even with highway gearbox (although not the best mudtyres, so I use allterain tyres which are slightly wors on mud than mudtyres but far better offroad), and it is very stable even with midium logs + log trailer (yes it can attach log trailer alongside short or medium log addon) . Only thing that can stop it is if (or should I say when) it runs out of fuel.

New Zikz 566a you find in the Burned Lands people sleeping on. Little truck has a more powerful motor option than the Tayga and is a awesome little truck you can use low saddle, with a crane or even as a scout/support setup because it's really fast and maneuverable. Also the "other" Azov 5319 for logging. It also has the med/short addons and can tow a trailer. It doesn't have a big annoying nose either.

I don't put much value on the Tatra Force crane to be honest. It looks like it would be the biggest and strongest of the bunch but I put all four loading cranes side to side recently and the Russian one disqualified immediately because it has the shortest extension by far and also doesn't lift well despite the fact, but besides that the only crane that managed to lift considerably more than the others at full extension was the Bandit crane, both in extension and in lifting power the Force crane and the American loading crane were mostly identical, the Force crane just looks a lot bigger for no reason. This also gave me renewed appreciation of the Bandit, and it motivated me to mod the Bandit crane onto other trucks.

Yea, as versatile as the Azov 73210 is, I do not want to keep refitting that truck to do every task because it would be boring. Every truck can do almost every task, but it has 1 or 2 that it excels at, and I find it much more enjoyable to find the tasks they're best at and fill in all the required tasks with those specific trucks.

unfortunately I found a way to cheat my way with logs, using any truck I want... just unpack the load, go through tough terrain, pack the load... rinse and repeat when needed... makes logs carrying way easier that it should be

I've read posts on FB where people will crame load logs into a sideboard bed and use rhat to transport them until they get to the drop off point then transfer them over to the log truck

@@IG10705 yes, you can carry four loads of long logs that way. In theory you could fit eight loads of short or medium logs (they will fit in the trailer), but in practice it's too fiddly to get them all in the right spot so they don't roll out.

I would switched Azov 42-20 Antartic for other truck cuz Antartic is too easy to tip over for me aaand i think you should mention that 10x10 Azov has a lower ground clearence. Anyways intresting choise of trucks and great video

Derry Special does not have the biggest water tank - ZikZ 612H has 2500L water tank opposed to Derry's 2200L. It cannot tow water tank trailers, however, but that's beside the point. Moreover - idk if the information is outdated, but can attach trailers to Derry perfectly fine now

It was changed a few months ago in an update. Originally derry special could not pull trailers with fire tank addon. About when mastodon dlc came about they updated the derry special.

1 thing that this game really lacks especially after having released the ability to fasten trucks on trailers and other addons is a way to change your trucks loadout away from a garage. Needing to be inside a garage to change upgrades is understandable, but after the ability to carry around other trucks there should be some way to swap your addons. Maybe have a special addon that can act like a mini mobile garage that u can deploy and use it to swap only addons of other trucks. The reson why i would wanna se this in the game is becouse it would be MUTCH more convenient to bring a support/logistics truck with u when moving away from the garage knowing that the heavy duty truck u used to transport the other truck isent stuck with a low/high sadle anymore. Sure dont let us equip any addons with consumables so we cant use it as a trailer store and maybe have a 2-3 swap limit or something so it cant be a permanent re-equip point. The reson i want this is becouse the way it is now i se absolutly no benefit in equipping your main truck with addons that u dont want on it just to allow u to transport another truck past a point on the map that the transported truck cant get past on its own. At that point why dont u just equip your main truck with what u want on it and just winch the other truck behind u in the first place?

Has this gaming company introduced military vehicles? Are there mods that introduce certain military vehicles? I find each nations different locally made military vehicles interesting to see. I am new to Snowrunner and absolutely love the game. I find that the certain DLC's/season passes to be extremely expensive. Therefore I will not get to experience everything this game has to offer.

The base game includes several military vehicles without the need to buy any of the dlcs. Here's a list of all the military vehicles in the game, do note that some of the names aren't exactly the same as the real life counter part, since some of the military trucks in snowrunner have their look and name altered slightly to avoid copyright. I'll be exluding any other trucks that aren't military in the list. Derry Longhorn 3194 Step 310E Derry Longhorn Azov 5319 Ank mk38 Tuz 166 Kolob 74941 Kolob 74760 Khan lo4f Voron D-53233 I may have missed some, but as you can see, it's a pretty solid list. I'm only new to the game with just the base purchase and base vehicles. I love what I am experiencing. Only now understanding what vehicles are what and what they are used for in real life. I am now taking notice of trucks and their make and usage in real life. The game has had real-time influence upon me. Sorry for my early lack of knowledge with regards to this game.

man hell no, that kamatsu forester sucks ass, i will say it is very good on hills, it resists flipping like no other lol, but its GODAWFULLY SLOW, GARBAGE mud performance. Id rather just be extra careful on hills/ledges than drive 90% of every trip slow as hell for no reason ALL THE OTHER TRUCKS i agree with 100% though ive actually used paystar 5600ts as my fuel truck ever since i got the dlc for it

I NEVER use a trailer to transport vehicles. I tow them. If i am worried about fuel loss if the towed truck, i just turn the engine off. I've never found a point in carrying a vehicle in a sideboard bed/ towing platform. I find it a waste as you can have a different option up there, like the maintenance add-on, while towing the vehicle. Not only that, if you have a towing platform, the truck is basically useless once you get to where you are going. Eliminating one of two trucks, as opposed to towing, you have both trucks configured to work wherever are going

If, for example, its a vehicle recovery mission where you have to tow a vehicle to a point and then repair it, if the truck in question has destroyed wheels, all that will more than likel slow you down significantly and burn more fuel. Also, regarding a new+ game where there are fuel costs, it is far cheaper to first tow a vehicle to it's designated point and only then repair it, of course, thats only true if the arrival point is closer to the garage than the departure point

It is interesting to see that how different group of vehicles we are using in the game, or how different we thinking. My most used vehicle is the Tayga, its just too op with the semi trailer. I also do not use often 10x10 or 8x8 vehicles, becouse i do not like the big turning radius. For transport fuel or service points i always use trucks that does not good for anything else, or only capable to go to a place (for example across the map, but only in asphalt). And aso in literally never transport vehicles.

For experimental fields does anyone know how long it actually takes to finish the cultivation process I have the regular red farming tractor kirovets k7m I also have the same k7m tractor with 8 wheels downloaded the red tractor z2 k7m trike specification (mod) it’s been at 71 % for a while 1st vehicle I burn a tank of gas filled it up the burn 2nd tank of gas second time the with 3 wheels filled up tank twice allready I don’t see progress on it

Logging: honestly, no. the aramatsu is a nightmare to drive (because of the diff lock) and the antarctic is top-heavy and too big. the cat is trash (because no trailers) the voron series/normal azovs are way better for everything, long/medium/short logs alike, the 5600TS is good, despite being fuel hungry its very capable and can tow trailers Firefighting: (i havent played year 3 yet, no comment) but the derry longhorns are trash Farming: the K-700 is better, but both are trash ngl and farming kindof sucked Big trailers: flat kolob 74760 is the best option, because the zikz is slow and doesnt have very good suspension. also the kolob is much taller and has wider tires. the other kolob is bad Vehicle transportation: just dont, it isnt really neccecary. if you must transport vehicles, use the 6900 twinsteer. the tatra cranes are strong, but the big cranes are better. also WHY ARE YOU TRANSPORTING CARS? ye the 73210 is very good for overpacking refuel/repair/recovery: zikz's, the K-7M is kinda bad, all the azovs are good at this, the 5600 TS can carry a shit ton of fuel/repairs, the tatarin/745c are both very good, but for different things (the tatarin is good for towing trucks through mud, while the cat is good for recovering and refueling simultaneously. seismic/radar: azov 6, azov 5, the zikz 5368 is good for scouting in general, the taygas are NOT STABLE AT ALL, they are very good for this, but ONLY if you are good atr driving them. this is all coming from a 700+ hour snowrunner player, and all of this is my opinion, but based upon my experience playing the game.

As a fellow 700+ hour snowrunner player, I will have to disagree with you about the superior Kolob. What I found is the Kolob 74941 (non-flat nose Kolob), handles heavy trailers off road a little better, but then that might be because I like engagable diff lock and engagable all wheel drive a bit better than always on diff lock and always on all wheel drive. Only downside about the Kolob 74941 against the Kolob 74760 is the Kolob 74941 is slower on road, but the Kolob 74941 makes up for this short coming by not caring about mud or terrain more than the Kolob 74760. And yes, the Kolob 74941 is tall, but she is extremely stable. Despite all this, it is nice to meet anther Kolob lover, since both Kolobs are excellent trucks at the task of hauling heavy trailers.

@@engi878 lol younger me was kinda dumb, i could edit what i said heavily. both kolobs are monsters, but i prefer the 74760 because its a flatnose. ive never had issues in mud with either of them though. ive actually probably gotten to the point where im just using whatever trucks i have, because if you are a good enough driver you can use most trucks for any given task (and its fun to do unreasonable funny shit too)

For Long logs I recommend the White 4964 or Brigadier 8000 if you have the DLC. For medium I use the GMC 9500 and White 4964 since both can carry both trailer and medium logs. For short logs its honestly a toss-up since it doesnt matter, every truck worth using in general can do them. I disagree with the video since Articulated vehicles in general I very much dislike.
