It's been awhile, but I have returned to highlight my favorite tracks for these episodes. But first, I'd like to talk about the season 2 ost as a whole. There's a lot more complexity, especially in the way songs are layered and mixed to create a sense of space. It's a true feast for the ears. Every track is excellent, but there are actually two tracks that go unused. More on those at a later time. For now, let's go over every new track that shows up in these two episodes (yep, every single one. Buckle up) • Old Stories: not much to say here that you haven't already said. The song is excellent. Not the last time we'll be hearing this, so I'll save my thoughts for those moments where it really hits. • Nature Sequence 6th Layer: A quite peaceful and uplifting track. If I am not mistaken, this is the very first use of the saxophone within the soundtrack. • Gravity: Just phenomenal. Need I say more? • Mori: a strange track making use of a lot of flutes. This reminds the most of something from Star Wars. Not one of the big tracks, but like the stranger side stuff, like jawas or ewoks. • Segur: a perfect display of Penkin's unique use of instrumentation and sound. Reversed sounds, guitar, and plenty of reverb. All coming together to create something both beautiful yet mystical. • The Golden City: that heavenly choir introduces us to the 6th layer. The part we hear is actually only the first section. There's a whole second half that shows up way later on. • Dance Narahate: A very unique use of instruments, such as synths, what sounds like an accordion, and a harp. • Counterpoint of Abyss: For me, this is the track that really conveys that sense of space that I mentioned earlier. The way the melody echoes, the constant piano ostinato, the strings filling out the space. You don't really get much of a sense of it here since it cuts off, but it continues to build and build as it contines, eventually coming to an explosive climax with a familiar melody. • The Village: A really unsettling piece, clashing harmonies and meandering melody that never let you feel comfortable.

Doing 1+2, 3+4, 5+6, etc is a good way to upload the eps for this season in particular, I will say tho ep 12 is a longer than usual one

I don't think people realize how hard it is to react to anime in another language. But listening to Japanese, reading in Spanish and commenting in English is another level of difficulty! Well done Pablo, gracias por las reacciones!

Thank you for your reaction for the beginning of this masterpiece of season 2. For now it stops at season 2. But it's absolutely not finished. The manga needs to continue a bit more before they announce they can start to work on the season 3. Maybe in 2026... crossing fingers...
