I fell in love with brass and black with my first home, more than 50 years ago. In the '70's everyone though brass was hideous, but I didn't care I loved it and it was dime store affordable.Something happened! Now, it seems everyone loves it, making it scarce and gold mine level pricy!

Everything is looking beautiful. The table behind your sofa looks like a library table. I have seen them numerous times in the old homes in Charleston. I have one but mine is oval. We have used them in wedding receptions for the large floral arrangements, its magical as I'm sure yours will always look.
