I think the caramel would have given you the bright under eye effect. The tan is the same same shade as your foundation and could be used for facial imperfections (dark spots) if any.

Picked mine up at the local Walmart yesterday. I've been using Tarte Shape Tape for a while but was excited to finally have a less expensive every day concealer that is of good quality AND in my color. Thanks for sharing!!!!

Caramel looks like it compares to tan sand in Tarte. I may try that as a highlight based on your swatches cause drugstore concealers never work for me. The other two shades look closer to deep in Shape Tape. Or is it just the lighting? It looks good! Thanks for this vid! I’m gonna pick up tan also as a skin tone match.

Actually, the tarte shape tape in deep is in between the tan and the hazelnut one. It is Much darker than the caramel one. And even darker than the tan one.

I picked this up too! Along with the maybelline extended shade range on their concealer. I was excited because Tati always raves about this concealer so I am GLAD they FINALLY expanded this damn range. It’s been years since I’ve wanted to try this. 🤦🏾‍♀️ I picked up the shade caramel to try and I think you and I have similar tones. I haven’t tried it yet though. Hope it works out for me! Glad this did for you!
