Hi Heather. I had a terrible experience trying to talk with Customer Support about a light-up Christmas decoration that did not light up. They wanted a video of me trying to turn it on. The online process was so much more difficult to complete than Temu and in the end I told them I would never shop with them again. The decoration cost about $3. (I have a small order in with Shein at the moment). Thanks for the laughs today xx

Use it for a mini nail kit fix it glue extra nails whatever u need for a quick fix those little mini thin glues would work perfect. I love that cup and those little records lol. I'm so old school and I was born in 64 so anything back in the day makes me happy lol. 😂😂😂 Great haul. Never ordered from them. I quit temu finally 😂😂😂.

Hi Heather❤ I have been shopping on SHEIN for almost 2 years all my clothes and my shoes my bags my jewelry is from them. I’ve maybe had to return three items in the past two years and it was very simple and had no problems at all. I don’t really care for Temu- but I will buy a couple things from them! The return policy is easy for both of them very easy. I would really like to see you do more SHEIN please!!!!❤❤❤❤

Keep talking and would love to see baking/cooking/ day in the life, basically any video of yours, I'm going to watch! Keep up the fun videos! I have done several returns to shein and generally, it's easy, but they don't have great customer service if you have an issue, like a few others have said. Temu's customer service is great. I never had an issue there. Whew...talk about talking too much!😂

The silk item is called a Twilly. Go online and you will find so many cute ways to tie it on your bag. I’m sure both sites sell them. They are such a fun way to add a little something something to your bag. As for your straws they are so cute, most that I have ordered have come with a straw cleaner that looks like a mini bottle brush. I wash my straws by hand using the little brush, toss it on the top level of my dishwasher, thinking that sterilizes them. Like everyone else has already said it’s nice to have two videos in one week. Keep it up!

Heather, I don’t shop SHEIN much but a couple times I bought 2 zippered pouches for under $1.50 each. One zipper wouldn’t work & the other pouch was sewn all crooked. They made me return them for a refund. (2 separate orders!). I mean, seriously?! The postage would cost as much if not more than the item!! Temu would have not had me return that! That’s been my experience at least on cheapy items.

I had looked the other day for their return policy because it was my first time ordering (my daughter orders often) and I was buying a dress for my other daughters wedding in April. I wanted to make sure I could return it if I didn't like it, wrong size or maybe found something better. They do have a list of things that are not returnable but things you can return, you have to return within 30 days from when it arrived. Temu is far better with their return policy it seems.

I do Temu hauls on my channel (I’m a very small channel but I’m trying 😁) and tried Shein once but it was a super small order because, I’m like you, and do not know what their return policy is. We're all here for the chattiness and a little bit of haul.. 😊. You could put different sizes of paperclips, push pins, little binder clips, etc in the little plastic box. I always have 2 or 3 sizes of paperclips, so that came to mind. I have one a little bigger that i used to sort out acrylic nails by size. I've done a return with shein. It was pretty much the same as temu, but 30 days instead of 90.

Hi Heather, I have never shopped SheIn. I would store Tums, Tylenol, leave a compartment empty for earrings or nails that pop off or irritate me that day and maybe a ChapStick (because somehow the cap comes off and the balm gets gross from stuff on the bottom of my purse) all in the plastic container that would go in my purse. I know you said that nothing came in broken, but the second strap did break & you barely touched it.I just wanted to remind you in case you changed your mind & wanted to at least check to see how they would handle a return. That bag looks almost exactly like a MK bag I got from Whatnot. It's like a $500+ bag & I think I paid less than $50 & it's 100% real. If you decide you want to check it out the girl I shopped with is CaitieCo. She's only 19, but she amazing. She just bought her 1st house. Anyway I got one of the same small cases, but from Temu. I ordered long over shirt for wearing over T-shirt in spring. It arrived bout 2 weeks ago, I loved it, there was 2 pockets on it but it was just too big for me. I decided to return it and get smaller size, started the return process and you have to send photos etc of it which I did and got reply back to just keep it and they would refund my money which was back in my account later that day. That’s 1st and only time I’ve returned anything. My daughter spotted it and said that’s nice, told her to take it with her. She was so happy cos she’s normally size or 2 bigger than what it was 😂

I mostly buy from Shein now, (I didn;t have the best experience with Temu.) I haven't returned anything to Shein, not because I was satisfied with everything, but it was crazy all the hoops they make you jump through to return some cheap item. It has to be in new packaging, unopened and everything I opened couldn't be returned. Anyway, mostly I'm satisfied, and if not I donate it or dispose of it. I figure maybe 1-2% that was a small waste of money. I saved so much on nearly everything, that I don't really care.. Only mildly annoying! I knew you were going to say your Teddy Blake bag! Hey girl, I order shein sometimes but the return policy isn't that good. You can't return any pet items, which sucked because I bought some cat litter mats for when my cats get out of their litter box, its supposed to catch the litter off of their paws, but the one I got from shein was way over priced and it would not lay down flat so when I tried to return it, they said no ma'am, not any pet items can be returned. I haven't ordered from Shein for at least a year now, but when I did, and had to return a dress, I'm sure I had to pay for shipping. They're probably Temu's biggest competitor, so they may have changed that. Most of the distributors are the same for both companies.

I was curious if the same items on Temu were less expensive and they are. For example your coasters were 3.61 on Shein and 1.48 on Temu. Either way I've been buying too much stuff lately. lol
