Hey Heather, so glad to get to gang out with you. I love those little wrist cuffs to catch the water when washing your face. I honestly didn't know they existed, so now I need some. As I have said before, I have really neglected my skin care and self care for years now, due to many "life" reasons. But I am really trying now. I hate to hear you are struggling with gut issues and indigestion. I have had that battle for years. Had my gallbladder removed because they said that would fix all my issues. LIES! I have continued with even worse struggles. But a few years ago I finally gave in to my need for relief and bought some kombucha. I prefer Kevita brand, pineapple peach or tart cherry. They are basically the only 2 I could tolerate at first. It's a strong flavor, fermented tea, so yes, it's got that vinegar quality. But after being awakened every night by reflux, indigestion, etc, I started drinking it. I could only stand to do it like medicine, a big sip before and after meals as well as before bed. After just a brief time, maybe even after the first full bottle, I was no longer suffering at night. Then I actually acquired the taste for it and now I enjoy it, I will even drink a bottle while grocery shopping. So maybe it could help balance your stomach acid too! It's so much better for us than otc and rx stuff. Those can actually encourage imbalance! Did you know that, plus other bad side effects after long term use. I clean my brushes in baby shampoo and use a brush spinner to dry them. They are touch dry within 30 seconds and I just leave them to air overnight, ready for the morning. I'm in the UK, I'm sure Amazon or temu would have one for you.
