Yooooo I'm I'm boomer main with 270 squad skills. I was stuck on mastery 95 ivy incursion, but thanks to this melee build I was able to modify this into a melee nade build and I cleared that ivy incursion and had fun doing it. THANKS MR JAY I love the shield harvest build!!!

Yup, that's what it seems to me. It's to get your enemies to get shield harvestable. From there you can either spec into havestable enemies drop grenades or melee hits do x, y, or, z. The Hack 2 piece allows your transversal to build back faster and guarantee the harvestable state. That's to my understanding.

Cleared an Ivy 140 a few days after the patch with Boomerang. Is it talent tree 1 tier 8 and talent tree 2 tier 9 I think, not played for too long now. They feed off each other. Highest melee hit I got was 680M (not recorded), highest harvest was 580M (recorded). I was sort of hoping someone else would've taken it further, I never really got exactly how I triggered those insane feedback loops, I just sort of had a rotation for it.

Here from the patch notes. Thank you for the advice for a king shark main what’s crazy is I’ve had this with the tier two bane set with tier 1 and 3 1 piece in there as well. Melee is enemies who are below 50 percent health die from shield harvesting 🔥🔥

I've applied this to King Shark and it's kinda work? I'm still at mastery 30 tho. The problem is my build melee damage is not that much and heavily rely on Suicide Strike (and, yesh, bombs) to take down brute enemy. My build kinda infinite Traversal + fast generate Suicide Strike tho, so the main dmg not really shield harvesting. It'd be appreciate if you made the guide for him.

i got a question for you. when you roll 50 percent more damage when the enemy is five meters from you is it multiplicative ? i noticed on the actual item the damage numbers drop. when you do the 25 meter one the damage numbers go up ? any thoughts

I'm glad you got highlighted and that you made a great community build. But this is not META nor is it as impressive. Bizzaro, 2M Harvest, and even high end Traversal builds clear M120+ without any gimmicks used. If your going to claim something is meta, it better show clearing M140+, when nade and traversal damage alone starts getting outscaled. Anything lower than M120 is just a good farming build or a "fun" build, it's not meta cause it's not most effective, to be effective it needs to be able to get you up into the top 100 global.

Thank you for the kind words! However, this build IS able to handle higher mastery levels like 200. We just didn't have anyone up at that level when testing the build in our small group. A viewer of mine was able to finally complete the crystals mission and Ivy on 200 without breaking a sweat with this shield harvest build! I'd also like to state that the concept of needing to surpass a certain mastery in order to be meta is only half true. A true meta build is something everyone can use, and becomes the most popular, or is the easiest to setup. Being able to dominate higher difficulties is only half of the requirements for a meta build. And like I mentioned previously, this build can complete mastery 200 :D
