NEW Shimano Power Margin Pole

The mandrel is completely different to the x5 /x7/pro on the aero power margin 8-5 Mtr ….you can’t use any of the sections from one to the other ….only the top kits are compatible with each other ….you have to buy the more expensive 11-5 mtr pro margin ( twice the price )to get cross compatibility on section fit ….. The power margin 8-5 mtr comes with only an extra super power kit & pole bag …. Which @ £249 is great value as just to buy 2 of these top kits alone will set u back £140 (£70 quid each ) & if like myself ,own an aero x5 ,that means I get 2 more top kits that fit both poles & the margin pole realistically cost me £110 ….for a back up power margin 😀…..really enjoy your channels Alan & Tom !👍

I've been using my shimano exage power slim ,,had carp to 15lb no problems ,very very slim but powerful 😅
