Yeah, it would be great if they used the P365 magazine or something similar. This gun with 10 or 12+1 capacity would be very impressive. Still, it's tempting.
@Mockturtlesoup12 жыл бұрын
@@NewGoldStandard I was thinking the exact same thing. I switched to a p365xl a year or two ago after 10-15 years of carrying g23/g19, and I am so happy I did(my only beef is that I can't switch out the rear sight since its integral to the optic plate, but it does come with good sights, so I can live with it.) Standard, flush fit mag capacity is 12 rounds(or at least it would be if I didn't live in a state with a 10rd mag limit), with 15 round extended mags. And this gun/grip is significantly longer than the XL. Surely there must be some way to redesign the gun(or at least the mag) to be double stack or at least staggered. Then again, it would probably cost more than they are willing to spend to redesign the frame and magazine to accept p365 style magazines, since the 210 is already a niche gun, and the number of people looking to carry a 210 is even more niche.

There are very few production handguns that have accuracy in the same league as the P210. I bought one in Germany in 1968. A 50 meter target came with it, shot from a machine rest at 50 meters. The group was the size of a quarter with most of the rounds in one single raggedy hole. There's a video on KZbin showing how to work on the trigger and sear. At the end, he includes a segment showing him shooting his. 50 meters, the entire group the size of a quarter.
@GwenStefaniGuild4 жыл бұрын
Y'all are complaining about the price, but yet fail to realize this gun is the most accurate production pistol of it's style. it's better than many gun's customized with the best aftermarket parts. It also has the best trigger, and the original gun's cost around $3-$5,000 when you can find them. $1300 for an upgraded version, isn't all that bad. I myself plan on purchasing the regular version of this pistol with the wood grip's, especially if a custom model comes out. You don't buy a pistol like this for everyday carry, it's a collectors item and it's value years from now will only increase, especially with the limited amount they've made.

@stever87764 жыл бұрын
CZ 75 is based on the Sig 210. The Swiss Government adopted the Sig 210 in 1949. The CZ uses the same inside rails as the Sig. The CZ came out in 1975. The 210 has always been Single Action Only. The CZ is a double action that can be carried cocked and locked in a Single Action mode. There is a CZ75 available in Single Action only. But you rarely see one. I really like my CZ85 and put the CZ75 SAO safeties and trigger on it. probably more information than you wanted. Cheers That you carry Cocked and Locked like the Sig 210.

@stever87764 жыл бұрын
@Texas Patriot Not quite. Slide in frame was Sig. There were other slide in frames. The High-Power was single action only. The CZ is Double action with cocked and locked capabilities. Also the Hi-Powers were not as sturdy if they had high numbers of rounds fired. Yes they were plenty rugged for military use. But Gunsite found that Hi-Powers shot loose after a few thousand rounds. When Browning released the Hi-Power in .40 S&W they beefed up the slide and used better steel in the frame. This fixed the premature wear problem. Probably the finest Hi-Power 9 mms were the customs made by Wayne Novak ( yes the Novak sights guy). He used .40 S&W Hi-Powers and converted them to 9 mm. He also added to the frame to make a duck tail to prevent the Hi-Power hammer bite on the web of the hand. He also made larger thumb safeties and did a trigger job to address the Hi-Powers terrible trigger. Of course these are very expensive. Cylinder and Slide also makes great custom Hi-Powers. Also expensive. Yes I like the Hi-Power but for the money a CZ75 SAO gun already has all these improvements for around $600. Cheers

I'm sure people bitched when the Berreta replaced the 1911. Time to move on, no?

That was a pretty looking gun. Also, that dude had huge hands.

Instead of keep saying how accurate it is , why not show some groups on paper at 25,50 and 100yds with a couple different types of ammo off a rest for comparison.Everbody has a different idea of what they call accurate.

Sig p210 is the most accurate production handgun in existence, people still win shooting competitions with it all the time especially in Europe
@ChucksSEADnDEAD4 жыл бұрын
@@saintqueso6946 it's a new model so what you know about the old 210 might not apply to nu-Sig.

@@saintqueso6946 and we seriously doubt it's gonna be a noticeable difference over other production guns. They should post groups.

Titanium Rain theres already been American made p210s are on the market they don’t need to post groups, there doing us a solid making these, do you know how much a Swiss P210 costs dude

All these people in the comments showing all this hate for the thing, but I actually want it. Just wish it was under $1000.
@bobanderson68704 жыл бұрын
The Sig p210 series even this latest American generation while they're decent guns there is absolutely zero aftermarket, maybe grips. Call Sig Sauer to get even spare replacement parts you can't even get a replacement Magazine spring. Totally ridiculous how they don't offer any support for this series of pistols but they're making more of them different versions. If you want to send your gun back to the factory for even the most simplistic spring or part replacement then buy one.

I like it!! Kind of a modern day Luger ( which was around 30oz and had a 4inch barrel)! Now just bring the price point down 4-500$ to say 800$ like a normal sig( ie p226) and you’ve got a bargain kind of !! Personally it’s not for me as I wouldn’t conceal carry this size gun and caliber but for someone who would I think it could be great . I want the regular p210 and have for some time and probably will settle for a near new used one
@johndilday18464 жыл бұрын
I would buy one if it were steel framed, but not for aluminum. I'm thinking Walther Q4 SF now. For those who carry a 1911, the weight wouldn't matter.
