Would’ve advised something different like ratskin flesh as the base. I’ve had so much trouble with cadian for getting smooth coverage. Even over a light zenithal. If you want to stick with a layer paint flesh base, I might suggest a quick base of bugmans first. Sounds weird but it significantly decreases the number of coats of the flesh paint needed. That tip pulled me from the brink of insanity doing base coats of Kislev flesh for my batch paint of fyreslayers. Love the stuff man. Keep it up.

The stormcast recipe: Primed black Armour leadbeltcher Straps mix of mournefang with black 3:1 Select armour runelord bronze I believe Wash the armour with Wyldwoods contrast. I will have to do a tutorial for you.

Im very impressed with the overall presentation of the launch box, as compared to the 40k 10th ed launch box. AoS has been a game GW have continously wanted to make more and more popular. I think with small luxuries like these, they can be that bit more of perusuaion for some who are looking for more quality in their purchases. I also love that Spearhead has its own unique hardback rulebook. An added bit of luxury that Combat Patrol hasnt gotten but I believe will in the next edition of the CP game system. Spearhead definitely feels more fleshed out, maybe taking feedback from fans, staff, etc on how to elevate this smaller faster style game to stand on its own as a legit game system for many who dont have the time or money

I like the colour choice for the stormcast models. Not usually a fan of stormcast, but these look great. Don’t like the strobe lighting. It is hard to look at and would prefer to see the models rather than flashes of them. Nice work on both armies.

I was using one of my old iPhones just. I actually did that for a few videos as well I just used a bit of blue tack but the heat from the light melts it if it’s on for too long. Hope you have fun with the box.
