costly variants apart from base classic variant, overpriced, compared to rivals. if safety is the first priority, they why there is no rear wiper in any variant apart from prestige variant, sunroof - Indians likes to have. no 360 cameras, even current camera quality is pathetic, led projector are only available in topmost variants only, why? wo will buy it? in the name of German driving pleasure, if you care about driving pleasure then give 2liter 6-cylinder engine not 1l 3cyl. and what about reliability issue?

Nobody goes out and test drives cars to decide like they do in rest of the world. And people wonder why we keep getting sub par vehicles with panoramic sunroof and ventilated seats lmfao.

@@M4NA5 even without a test drive I can assure myself that it's a good driver's car. But, the majority of the Indian market doesn't care about it. Very few people are there to justify german engineering . If the majority of the people are not going to buy it, the company won't survive. Look what Citroen is doing, they have the best suspension for our road conditions but they forget to add start/stop button even in the top variant. How will people get to know your cars if they don't have attractiveness towards the product.. if people see skoda cars regularly on the road they will definitely have a curiosity to drive it or try it.. and trust will be developed gradually. People are not fools , attractive pricing will attract people... Simple. The more you sell the more you grow, simple marketing

Looks like a solid offering - it has by far the best engine among its competitors in base to middle trim, and a TC as an AT option. If Skoda can round out the rough edges (QA issues) then this will become a success for them. Looking forward to the test drive as it promises to be the best driver’s car in this segment.

European Cars & affordable Pricing a distant dream for many. Kylaq apart from the Base variant others are heavily pricied for little more offerings. It offers least Rear Seat Legroom Comfort like Venue & Sonet. It's better to buy XUV 3X0 from the 2nd Signature variant pricing as it offers much more than KYLAQ.

Not only design but also driving dynamics. Safety wise both should be same. Power wise we should look the power to weight ratio. Kylaq kerb weight is 1230kg., 3X0 is 1382kg (according to AUTOCAR).

Beautiful and proportional design. Europeans know how to nail the design. XUV 3XO in comparison looks like a amateur design which also has a polarizing front. Only thing is Skoda should have priced all variants except the base variant around 30K less as the introductory pricing. They also missed some tricks like two step recliner back seats and lane watch cameras which could have been clever features..

depends on city.. my skoda slavia 1.5 dsg gives 14-15 in noida in winters but just 10-12 in hometown dehradun.. with ac mileage decreases by 2-3 kmpl in summers..

Probly a good effort by Skoda to win Indian customers but may not succeed. Again a futile exercise of promoting KYLAQ a Sub 4 Mts C-SUV as apart from the engine & Base variant it's not worth buying the Car. Inspite of maintenance package for 4 years Doubts on Reliability, Expensive Spares & Labour Charges will always be there. Present offerings in Sub 4 Mts C-SUV are better & affordable than KYLAQ.
