Everyone watching this. Yes Slinky looks very slow when you're not on it, but it's actually a lot more intense than it looks. Especially the first launch. Like that was fast, and the first bank is wayyy higher than it looks. It's a big drop. You go so much faster than you think and it is a really fun ride. Maybe not worth a 2 hour wait, but I'd probably wait close to an hour for it. It was really fun.

I’m rlly happy it goes slow before you go down because I have a fear of rollercoasters (I’m slowly become less afraid of them) and I’m going on this ride for sure when I go! Also,People who are complaining about the launches and stuff, it’s because it’s a family coaster and they don’t want it to be too intense for children, Ex: if they have a fear of roller coasters and it’s one of their first if they just can’t take intense coasters or fast drops,it’s a good coaster for them. Since it’s toy story they wanted a coaster that is suitable for everyone.

The adventures of Barbie Bear and Squirtle same I’m afraid of roller coasters! I’m slowly gett8gn afraid of them. I’m actually at China rn and I went to Hong Kong Disneyland and went on big grizzly mountain runaway minecars. It was so fun! We went on it 6 times! It goes backwards on a drop but still fun. And actually, I’ve never put my hands up on a roller coaster, and that was the first ride I’ve done it to!

This was my first ever roller coaster.. and I’m 25! I’m terrified of drops and scared of heights. After reading the reviews here, I pushed myself to go on this. The wait for me was 40 minutes (around 6 pm on a sunday) although earlier in the day I saw 90 min wait times. I was so scared for that first drop I cried twice from anxiety in line.. and then laughed about it later! It was barely nothing! Definitely ask to sit in the middle if you’re scared. They wanted us to sit in row 2 but we asked for the middle and they didn’t mind at all. It was pretty fun and I was laughing for most of it. Definitely easy.. I’m glad I conquered my first coaster!

I absolutely HATE roller coasters. BUT THIS. Is definitely great for first timers. Barely Any feeling with the drops and the speed is really fun. Definitely feels like a kiddie ride lol. I would however recommended getting a fast pass with how short the ride is. But for those of you who have anxiety with roller coaster, this is good for you. I had fun😊

There’s no better feeling that getting off a scary ride knowing “hey at least I did it” that’s the first step to conquering it, is just facing it and realizing it’s super fun once you’re off. I was terrified in line to get on The Slinky ride, but now I can’t wait to go back and get in it again, and maybe try another ride. He’s only 12, so give him some time and let him know that you’ll be there for him and he’s alright ❤️❤️

You can see the time on the right at the beginning. We rode it and left the area before the park opened for the day. The lines were winding all the way out of Toy Story Land around in front of where the old entrance to Toy Story Mania is then up and over to the front of the Chinese Theatre. I only saw 4-5 hour wait times max, but we only went on when it would be an hour or less.

This ride was closed basically all day for us. My son was so upset and disappointed. But got over it.. Right when we were heading out for a break in the afternoon it opened. And the smile and happiness in him is what makes these trips so much enjoyable. Never seen him so happy for a ride lol.

im at disney world 4 my first time since i was seven in 2002 & having just as much fun as i did then!!! i just rode him with my dad this morning & he was awesome! i dont like roller coasters but he looked like a more gentle one. we were in the last car. i said “omg” on first drop & “oh god” when he went faster. it felt like i was falling but i got over it in little bit. he was awesome. wheezys mouth didnt move & he didnt move back & forth either. i guess the animatronics were broken but it was still awesome too. when slink said “so long pals” i said “so long slink” back. he might be the only roller coaster i ever ride

They wouldn't make it too intense, I've been on it and I'm very lightweight, sure it goes incredibly fast on the "GO GO GO" Part, it's like hot wheels, where you back up and then go very fast for the rest of the ride. But at the end, you get off and your back on the ground.

Charles Sterling The launch is fun especially when you go up the huge hill then drop then go up and down but I went on this 2 times day and night, night was much better lol..

I absolutely loved slinky dog dash although the queue lines were long, me and my brother just played Andys board game on the Disney play app and before we new it we were on the ride!

I went to Hollywood Studios the day Toy Story Land opened! It was crazy! I sadly didn’t get to ride the slinky dog roller coaster since the wait was 5-6 hours long!!
