What happens when the battery degrades after years of charge cycles? Is the rechargeable battery user serviceable? Can this be used on a g17 gen 5 lower? Oh and for God’s sake why are you still using micro USB for charging? Please make it USB C, micro usb sucks!

How does it measure rounds in a magazine or does it assume 17?

It pairs with magazines with magnetic followers to accurately measure the rounds. But you can also program it to assume any number of rounds for any regular or high capacity magazines you can feed it.

According to their website, only models for Glock 17 Gen 4 and HK VP9 are in development.
