Arina is a Sunsoft cgaracter and Mizoguchi is Data East. It's like Skullo needs to have one more third party fighter on the Capcom side. I'd propose Shantae, unless one counts Hiryu as the second third-party fighter.

It could happen now since Terry and Mai are coming to SF6 and in the website of Marvel vs Capcom Fighting Game Collection they said it's 1 of many Vs Fighting Collections they are making, which means the next collection could be Capcom Vs SNK and if that happens then the chances of Capcom Vs SNK 3 happening gets increased to 75%

Great roster, but Skullomania isn't owned by Capcom, he's owned by Arika.

Arika had co-developed the Street Fighter EX series, in which Skullomania originated from, and he would only return in Fighting EX Layer which had the Street Fighter EX characters created by Arika, afterwards. So yes, Skullomania was owned by Arika, but his first appearance was in a Street Fighter game, and Street Fighter is owned by Capcom. Arika could probably strike a deal with Capcom, just like they did when Skullomania was first created, to add Skullomania into their game as an omage to when Capcom first worked with them. But, putting that to the side, I adore the variety that this concept for a CVS 3 holds. Yes, you have the basic picks, Ryu, Ken, Chun-Li, Guile, Morrigan, Akuma/Gouki, Kyo, Iori, Terry, Ryo, Mai, and Athena, but some of these picks are either characters from other series that are iconic to the companies' names, like Mega Man, Haggar, Strider Hiryu, Captain Commando, Galford, Kaede, Fuma, and Fio, underused fan-favorites/underappreciated characters from the main series featured, like Makoto, B.B. Hood/Bulleta, Sagat, Duck King, Rick Strowd and Hokutomaru, or characters that just came completely out of left field, like Mizoguchi, Arina, Skullomania (as mentioned), and Jill Valentine. So, it's still a rock-solid roster nonetheless.
